My sweet Teddy is such a happy little boy! I fell in love with his picture & then even more in love the day I brought him home! He has a wonderful temperament & is very playful. Kelly was great to work with throughout the process & very reassuring for this first time mommy. Our conversations were friendly & informative. Kelly made sure I had the tools for success. I highly recommend Kelly and River Hill Shih Tzu.

We absolutely love our little Capri who is a small chocolate shihtzu from River Hill Shihtzu. She is the most happiest, sweetest precious little girl! I highly recommend Kelly as she is very nice to work with and is very knowledgeable and professional. I would only purchase a shihtzu from her. Very high standards which as a shihtzu mom is very appreciated.

We got our shih tzu last year with River Hills. She is the most adorable little dog. Lots of energy. Happy. Always wanting to play. She loves to snuggle and is such a happy girl. She’s been in great health and we are so happy to have her.

I bought a puppy 4 years ago that is the BEST dog I've ever had. These dogs are bred well, healthy and smart. I highly recommend this breeder.
