Working with John and Millie at Homestead Acres was an absolute pleasure. They were very accommodating with flexible hours and made the entire process easy and stress free. The dogs were clearly well cared for, healthy, and happy. They provided complete veterinary and vaccination history, which gave us great peace of mind. What really stood out was the follow-up. We stayed in touch over the days and week after purchasing, and they were genuinely interested in how things were going. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot to us. I would absolutely recommend Homestead Acres to anyone looking for a responsible breeder, and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I recently got a dog from Millie and Jon and the service they provided was attentive and wonderful. My last dog of 16 years had passed away and I was devastated over the loss of my best friend. After some time of grieving my family recommended the puppies from Millie ind Jon. I wanted to see if any of the puppies in their care would be a good match for me. They had a wide variety of Shorkie puppies which is a type of breed I have a soft spot for. My family and I gravitated towards Lucy and after adopting her she has been a joyful addition to our household. Jon and Millile were so kind to us and always gave us updates about Lucy and how to better assimilate her to our home. She is a playful ball of fluff who has a ravenous appetite and playful spirit. Everyone that has seen this fuzzy angel falls in love with her. Lucy is an incredibly smart little dare devil. She jumps around and climbs over surfaces that can't even imagine how she got there in the first place. She is an incredible dog and I am so grateful to Mlilie and Jon for bringing Lucy into my life and I'm going to cherish this little one for the rest of her life. ❤️
