Michigan Elite Labradors

We recently got an 8 week old lab from Michigan Elite Labradors and couldn’t be happier. Our puppy is awesome - healthy, smart, playful and already feels like part of the family. You can tell these puppies are raised with a lot of care and attention. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Great communication, very friendly, and you can tell they truly care about their dogs. We’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Labrador puppy. 5 *****

We're so pleased with our new puppy Hudson. Everything that Steve told us about his dogs is true. You can tell there is so much love and care put into every puppy. I 100% reccomend this breeder without hesitation. One thing I love about Michigan Elite Labradors (MEL) is the community that Steve has built via the Michigan Elite Labradors Facebook group and annual reunions. It says so much about the quality of the dogs that people interact in this way. People from all over the United States have MEL dogs. It's not just a Michigan thing. I highly recommend getting a MEL dog. They're exceptional!

We loved Bruce from the moment we saw him! Steve was incredibly patient with me, as I had lots of questions and needed frequent communication throughout the process. While it was hard not being able to physically see our pup before pick-up, I truly appreciate their caution and dedication to ensuring a healthy puppy. We couldn’t be happier with our new little one!

Superb breeder, absolutely outstanding! I've had many dogs but the MEL Labs are truly extraordinary. Steve and family have worked hard over the years to give us Labs with the perfect upbeat temperament, that are loving and affectionate, outgoing and friendly, playful, easily trainable to be working or service dogs that are eager to please. MEL Labs are the absolute best of this breed. I will never go anywhere else to get my dogs! Zorro & Remy (Sunshine x Moses)

We were keen on finding a puppy from a breeder who loves dogs and genuinely cares for them and that’s when we landed on MEL. We were impressed with the amount of care and attention that’s put into the puppies, sires and dams. We sent our interest for a black male puppy and Steve was very hands on throughout the entire process by sharing pictures, videos and updates on how the puppies are doing. We welcomed our first MEL puppy in May 2022 and we could not be happier. He’s calm, playful, affectionate and extremely loving. We’re already planning on getting another MEL soon.
