KanD Beagles

We have two Beagles from K&D and they are both such great members of our family. They both have wonderful temperaments and get along with everyone (and every pup!) they meet. It’s clear the pups are given love and lots of care and as a result are very socialized and sweet. We get compliments anytime we take them out in public about how well behaved (and gorgeous) they are. We love our K&D girls - Brooke and Piper!

Our little girls were 12 weeks old when we picked them up at Dallas/Ft. Worth and flew home to Tucson with them. It’s been 5 days and we are amazed at how sweet, affectionate, smart and well-mannered they are. Oh yes they are precocious puppies but they came to us obedient and trusting and have settled in very nicely to our household. Such beautiful beagles…it is obvious to us that KanD takes great pride in how they raise their puppies before they are handed off to their new families. The extra 4 weeks they spent with them before we got them (not the typical 8-weeks of age) provided them with an even stronger start in life. Sammie gladly scheduled Zoom play dates with us and we were able to see their progress up to the 12 week point of pickup. And she brought them to us at the airport during our connection heading home. Very convenient! I can’t recommend KanD enough!

The "Show Stopper" of our Beagle-loving lives! ​We have owned six beagles in the past, but Billy (whom we adopted at 18 weeks) is by far the show-stopper. Not only is he a show quality dog with a stunning face, but his personality is incredible; he is remarkably calm and arrived almost potty trained! ​The 5 hour drive to Whitewright was worth every minute. The facility is unlike anything I’ve ever seen; it’s a total dream out in the country. You can immediately feel the love and pride invested into every litter. The owner’s extensive knowledge and commitment to genetic testing gave us so much peace of mind. ​The property itself is beautiful, with the owner living on-site. The dogs have a wonderful setup with indoor access to keep them safe from the elements. As a lifelong beagle enthusiast, I am beyond impressed with the entire process. Billy is fantastic with our cats, other dog, and most importantly our toddlers. If you want a stunning, family ready beagle, I cannot recommend KanD Beagles highly enough!

I can't say enough how wonderful the whole experience has been with my new pup Gracie. The staff that cared for her are awesome and it shows by how my new pup is. I would highly recommend anyone to check out KanD Beagles!!

Overnight, our 9 1/2 week old KanD Beagle Penny became a member of our family, it happened instantly as we watched her bond with our 5 year old girl lab, like they were like long lost friends. We had prepared ourselves for a puppy that might have a hard time transitioning from the serene life at KanD Beagles 110 acre farm, but we soon realized that our Penny was remarkably gifted. At 11 weeks, she has now slept through the night in her crate for 8 hours, several days in a row. And after a few in the house pee mistakes, she has trained herself to do her business in the backyard. The socialization program that KanD B follows, combined with Penny's parents Helen and Oakley, and an extra shout out to Sammie Dee and Jackie B, all helped to raise our well balanced pup who has calm and restful periods, is very bright, social and contemplative and at any minute is ready to rough and tumble. Our hearts are full!!
