We had such a great experience with Suzan and we got the best, sweetest puppy. Suzan walks you through what to expect from start to finish. She welcomes you into her home, and you can actually see how much she cares for her puppies, and also meet her personal dogs. We got to meet our puppy’s doggy mom, which was so special. Above and beyond our dream of a puppy and breeder! Communication was amazing as we often called with random questions but were always treated with great respect and given full details and support with the offer to FaceTime without warning and always found the puppies to be extremely clean and well cared for. We had to delay pickup of our girl because of a 20” snowfall and Suzanne was all in to help and continue working with our pup to ensure we would have the best experience when we were able to get her nearly 2 weeks later. It is obvious these pups have been exposed to sounds and experiences because our girl doesn’t flinch with the nail grinder, the vacuum, the blender, etc. Our transition to home was better than we dreamed. We followed the schedule we were provided as best we could and after one week of one quick potty break at night, we have a puppy that sleeps through the night and looks forward to her crate time. Now that our girl is fully vaccinated, we take her most everywhere with us. She rides great and calmly in the car, greets new people and surroundings with ease, is a gentle soul and has a loving heart that is willing to learn and eager to please. We got our Australian labradoodle from Suzan at forever friends. What a wonderful experience. Thanks to Suzan, we followed the litter from the moment the puppies were born until we selected our puppy. Suzan was awesome about communicating, sharing pictures and keeping us in the loop. Most importantly, Suzan was trustworthy. She helped us to select the puppy that would be the best fit for our family and we couldn’t be happier with our new addition. Our puppy is amazing and fits right in. He has the best temperament and is so loving with the kids. Suzan took great care of our puppy until we picked him up at 10 weeks. She got him off to a great start. Our experience working with Suzan was so great that two other families we know went to Suzan to get a puppy from the litter! We can’t thank Susan enough for our lil Dodger! My hubby,s “ chick magnet” (we got this puppy because I have wanted a dog for a very long time) has become my hubby’s best buddy! They are a little more expensive than I've seen from other breeders but our little boy has been the softest, most easily trained, family friendly, loving dog we've ever had!
