Mindi it’s truly a blessing to anyone looking for a high quality, well bred, smart and socialized puppy! The farm is a beautiful place for these much loved fur babies to get a wonderful start. If you’re looking for a top notch breeder to provide high quality dogs for your family, this is the place. Their videos and website help tremendously before bringing a puppy home. You need to be prepared for the wonderful and sometimes challenging first few weeks of a puppy’s life. You won’t regret it. The pups are so very precious. Mindi and her crew are the very best!!!

I recently lost my husband in July 2025. My nights were very lonely and I decided it was time to start looking for a new four legged friend. I searched and searched and came across colonial village Labradoodles. I spoke to Mindi and explained to her what type of dog I was looking for. She sent me pictures of what she had available and low and behold I found Dolly. She is perfect in every way. A little ornery at times but we can deal with the puppy stages. She is beautiful well behaved great temperament and loves to snuggle and go for car rides. I would highly recommend if your looking for an Australian Labradoodle look no further contact Mindi at colonial Village Labradoodles in Sheridan Indiana. She and her staff treat you like family.

Our Colonial Village Labradoodles pup has been such a wonderful addition to our family. She is incredibly intelligent, friendly, and loves to snuggles just as much as she loves to play! Adopting a dog from Colonial Village Labradoodles felt humane and ethical because of their unique breeding program that allows their breeder moms and dads to be adopted and live in homes with local families. My children and I visited the farm in person a couple of times before deciding to adopt a pup after the passing of our former elderly furry family members, and Mindi listened to my concerns and was able to offer helpful feedback and options around what would be best for our family. We also appreciate that they offer training sessions, doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming services.

We are thrilled to have found Mindi and Colonial Village Labradoodles back in 2008. Our first Colonial pup (Finnegan) was born on Super Bowl Sunday when the New England Patriots played the New York Giants. Finnegan was very loyal and loving…a gentle giant. Harper was our next pup (2014) She was a tomboy…so very sweet, loved her ball the most and never lost at tug of war! Augustus “Auggie” (2020) is a lover boy. His universe begins and ends with his family. His whole life is a series of heartwarming rituals centered on his people. The newest member in the pictures is Sullivan “Sully”. Choosing a responsible breeder is so important. Our loyalty is the best testament we can offer to the quality, consistency and genuine care Mindi puts into her program. Over the years, every dog we have welcomed into our family has been exactly what we needed. They arrive healthy, well socialized and with the most balanced loving temperaments. From Finnegan to our newest pup, the fit has always been seamless. If you are looking for a breeder who produces exceptional, family dogs, look no further. Colonial Village is more than a breeder…they are a partner in finding the perfect addition to your family.

We have two doodles Molly (10) and Angus (9) from Colonial Labradoodles. I would do it over and over again. Colonial was great to work with and match with the perfect fur babies. They are so spoiled
