Drache Feld German Shepherds

I am sorry to have to write this negative review of Drache Feld Kennels, but this organization is the most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. We visited Drache Feld in the Summer of 2019 and put a $500 deposit down in August 2019 for a litter from Britta, a beautiful bi-color GSD. She lost that litter and Mr. Starr stated we could roll our deposit over to another litter or wait for Britta to be bred again. We communicated with Mr. Starr several times regarding a female from another litter but decided against her. I have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Starr about another puppy in the future or getting our deposit back and there has been no return communication of any kind. I went on their website to even ensure I had the correct, most up to date contact information and saw, to my surprise, that Britta had another litter and it appeared all the puppies were spoken for (they were to be ready late March at the same timeframe when I was trying to get in touch with Mr. Starr). I am at a loss. We had a deposit for her litter, but no one from Drache Feld ever reached out to advise that she was due to have another litter or even ask if we were still interested. As of this writing, I have numerous attempts to contact Mr. Start with no response. I even asked him to be transparent and if he did not want to sell us a puppy for any reason then he, in good conscious, should return our $500 deposit. Sadly, there has been no communication nor any acknowledgement. I’m puzzled and quite disappointed.
