If you're thinking of getting a Bernedoodle, stop your search 'cause you've found the right spot, right here. I was down to maybe 3-4 breeders on the East Coast when I was initially doing my research, and Country Ridge Puppies was just above and beyond. Dan is amazing, responsive, and he doesn't try to push you. He gives you the information so that you can make the right decision, and that's so important when trying to earn the trust of your potential customers. During the entire process, Dan kept me in the loop on all the details - birth, weekly updates, setting up the puppy picking in-person, picking up the puppy at 8 weeks - everything was smooth and every single question I had was answered promptly. He also checks in after you've taken the puppy home, so you know he cares. If you're going to be a first-time puppy parent, I'd say this is a good place to start too just because Dan is really knowledgeable. Also, Dan is an ethical breeder. You have an agreement saying that if you can no longer care for the pet, then you have to let Country Ridge Puppies re-home them first. That's very important to me. If you're in the middle of your research phase, let me save you some time and tell you to choose Country Ridge Puppies. It was a great experience, no notes. I had a great experience getting my Bernedoodle puppy from Dan. He was very responsive with information and also attentive. He helped coordinate the transport of my puppy 1/2 way, as it would have been a very long drive for me, and he also followed up several times since then to make sure my puppy is doing well, which he is. I highly recommend Dan if you're looking for a puppy.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Dan. Dan was so responsive throughout the entire process and obviously wants the best fit for both puppies and potential owners. Puppies get the best start at Dan’s beautiful and loving home. Our puppy even came to us almost entirely potty-trained and slept through the night from day 1. At almost 6 months old now, we still believe that we hit the puppy jackpot with our mini Bernedoodle, Kai. He has the best temperament- so loving, kind, playful, outgoing, and easy to train. We have even begun the journey to have him certified as a therapy dog.
