I feel absolutely blessed to have gotten our new fur baby with Cottonwood Ranch Yorkies!! From start to finish Anna was responsive, patient answering all my questions & knowledgeable! I felt very comfortable working with her. It was great getting updates pictures & videos of the growth of our fur baby! She sent a very extensive list of things you might need, which was super helpful. Meeting Anna for pick up went so smooth & she took the time to fill us in on all the happenings of our pup. She even sent us home with a goodie basket of toys & food. This was the best experience working with a breeder I’ve had to date. Thanks you Anna for giving our fur baby an amazing start !!! Anna has been awesome to work with. We just brought home a second pup from her. Our first Yorkie is now two years old and is health and happy. We have been very pleased how social and adjusted they were coming into a house full of other dogs of all ages. I searched for a long time the best place to get a healthy Yorkie puppy. I recommend Cottonwood Ranch Yorkies highly.

This year's Valentine's Day was the best! I was blessed to bring home my little Pixie from Cottonwood Ranch Yorkies. The experience with Anna the owner and breeder was above and beyond amazing. I was on her wait list for almost a year. While it seemed like forever, it was totally worth the wait. Pixie is my fourth yorkie and the experience with Cottonwood Ranch was the best. Anna always had an open line of communication and was very pleasant to work with. And the visit to Cottonwood Ranch was absolutely better than I expected. The Ranch is beautiful. I got to see all the yorkies. Each one was absolutely beautiful and so well kept. You can tell Anna loves her dogs and what she does because it truly shows! We received our sweet Echo... now Sir Theodore Banx on April 14 2026. We could not be more in LOVE with him. Beings we are from Kansas we opted to use the flight-nanny service from Arizona to Kansas.!I would confidently do this again. The process was effortless and we received updates every step of the way. I think what sets Cottonwood Ranch Yorkies apart is how much they genuinely care for their puppys and the successful placement for each individual puppy. We knew Theodore was small but mighty and would need extra TLC to grow big and strong! We were set up for success from day 1! We received an individualized guide to getting Theodore transitioned to his new home, as well a variety of toys and "mama blanket" that was a huge help! We also received food and specialized formula tailored to our sweet boys needs. I would not change anything about our experience and hope to someday get a sweet brother for our little Theo from Cottonwood Ranch Yorkies❤️

I have been searching for awhile for a breeder that does all the right protocols to bring happy healthy pups to people like me that don't want a backyard breeder. I was looking for someone I could trust to give me a well rounded pup. Thank God I found Anna owner of Cottonwood Ranch Yorkies. Her pups are way more than I could have ever wished for. You have to fill out a application and then she interviews you to see 0of you have the right qualifications for her to give you one of precious babies. She does not sell or breed for the money! I'm totally convinced of that. I don't think people will ever realize all the LOVE and TIME and most of all patience she has put into each and every pup she has. It totally shines in her pups. I say go on Food Dog or any other site that sells puppies and then look at Anna's pup. The pictures say it all. Clean bright well cared for pups. I truly believe great breeders are hard to find but I am so glad I found her. And she will always be available for you before during and after you are lucky enough to get one of her pups. This is my first pup from Cottonwood but it sure won't be my last. My Jack is so smart well socialized and a very happy puppy. Anna's hard work and time sure pays off. I HIGHLY without a second thought recommend Cottonwood Ranch Yorkies! They are truly the BEST.
