You'll Never Walk Alone - Kip Imperato DVM

I don't even know where to begin. My boy Bucky of 11 years finally succumbed to his cancer and the heartbreak of ending his pain was only manageable due to the kindness and softness of Dr. Hannah and Carly.. with out the love and tender approach to end of life service they provided I'm pretty sure I would not have been able to care for my boy. I will be for ever grateful to this vet who took time to make sure we were okay every step and moment. Thank you!

Yesterday I had to put my dog down. As devastating as that was Dr. Hannah and the vet tech Carly made the entire experience as gentle as possible for us. My family was provided with as much time as we needed before, during and after with our pup and I felt cared for and supported the entire time. Before the time came, Carly brought our sweet boy some delicious end of life treats (cookies, PB, chocolate, cheese itz). The paw prints we received were BEAUTIFUL. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us through this. Thank you ❤️

If you want a vet who cares more about your pet than making a profit THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! My Jada needed surgery for an impaction. They stayed until 10pm doing her surgery & worked with me on the bill. I have no doubt anywhere else would’ve cost me a couple thousand easy. The day after surgery she was very miserable & they stayed late on a Friday so I could come pick up some meds & not have to wait til morning. It easy to see that they truly care. Whenever anyone needs a vet I make sure to refer them here. They’re great people!!!!! Edit to add I’ve been contacting them almost daily with questions or issues/concerns & not once did they ever make me feel like a nuisance. In fact the opposite. They reassured me that I was welcome to contact with any questions. Honestly I could go on & on with how amazing this clinic is. If you take your animals here you won’t regret it!!!!! You can see their love for animals in the way they interact with our fur babies.

The staff at YNWA took exceptional care of our Brooklyn, up to his last day. We will forever be grateful to everyone there who made his vet experience a good one. Brooklyn was a high maintenance, drama king German Shepard, and they handled him with kindness and with ease. They never muzzled him and always treated him gently and kindly. My potatoe has been in and out of the vet, emergency room, and cardiologist since May. His vet You'll Never Walk Alone never diagnosed his cough correctly or referred him to a specialist and were too rough with a senior bulldog which landed him in the emergency room back in May. It was NOT the first time they had been too rough with him. On a past visit they were so rough in holding him down that he started limping on one back leg. They create a stressful environment for him due to their inexperience and incompetence with a nervous senior dog. AFTER they caused his emergency room visit, I kept reaching out to them for guidance based on his medical records, xrays, bloodwork, cultures, examinations, emergency room report. Nothing. I last spoke with Dr. Kip in June 2025 and he said he would do a treatment write up recommendation for Murphy and never did. YNWA abandoned their patient and left me on my own to figure things out for Murphy. How uncaring and unkind. Needless to say, I will never again recommend them to rescues or friends and definitely not for bulldog breeds. Murphy had been their patient since 2022 when I adopted him. YNWA abandoned Murphy, a rescue dog with necessary medical needs and left us to walk alone and figure things out. Smdh.
