I’ve had a great experience with Worth Street Vet. The entire team is friendly, kind, and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of every pet.
Dr. Boulting is wonderful. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and never makes me feel rushed. It’s really sweet how happy she is to see my dog Maya every time. It’s obvious that she truly loves animals. I always feel confident that my dog is receiving excellent care.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy veterinarian.
When I met with this new doctor yesterday, I was made aware of previous bad bacteria results found in Chloe’s last fecal test from Jan that I was never sent or told about. Not sure why this was never sent to me considering I paid a large sum for these results. I was told the fecal test came back normal. She didn’t need the antibiotic in my opinion because she no longer had any lingering issues to my knowledge. I also spoke to this doctor about some growths on Chloe and she made me aware of some tests that are available to test them for cancer which I was never made aware of prior. Strange considering I’ve been a client since 2018. I feel like I get different information depending on which doctor I see and that’s frustrating. My doctor has changed several times throughout my time coming to Worth and I really want to see someone who truly knows Chloe. Every time she is sick, we see someone different so the one time a year that she sees Dr. Green means he barely knows her at all. This is upsetting to me as a dog mom. I feel I spend more time with the techs than the actual doctors. I also don’t love that they aren’t open on weekends. It makes it really difficult when there is an issue and I’ve had to go to emergency centers in these instances. Everyone is typically very nice and I’m hesitant to switch vets but it’s very upsetting and frustrating when things happen like not receiving results I paid for.
I have been taking my (now 2yr old) Frenchie to Dr. Green since he was 8 weeks old. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, Dr. Green always offers multiple solutions and perspectives to any of our questions or concerns. He has always been reliable, thorough, supportive, and beyond informative in all of our interactions. I wish more doctors would lead by his example, as genuine care is hard to come by in this industry. Your pup will love him! And as an owner, you will feel at ease to have a skilled doctor that you can trust - and easily reach. Thank you WSVC!
I love my dog and so rue the day I agreed to bring her here for what is tantamount to an evisceration to remove a BUCKETFUL of stones from her bladder (cystotomy). Although I am a physician I am not familiar with this procedure in canines, but apparently open incisions are used to cut into the bladder for stone removal. My. Baby girl was discharged in howling pain, which was traumatic for my sister who had retrieved her. She had to return her to demand appropriate pain management for the dog as she was only given gabapentin and Rimadyl (doggie Advil). Even women who have cesarean sections are given strong analgesia for at least 3 days postoperatively. My baby suffered for days. I called the office the following day to get information regarding her diet going forward, as bladder stones can definitely recur. Not only was I not given any information, but I was merely switched to another person who just asked for my financials to make payment for the "extra (much needed) meds." I was given a generic receipt, so my insurance denied the payment, and I was NEVER given the invoice for the surgery, which was almost 3k and paid in full up front. I sent an email requesting the invoice, and to date they refused to respond, so I will not be able to submit for the reimbursement. When my son called the office he was told that they "didn't know" about the insurance- even though it is on file. Although they claim they will submit, I don't have much faith that they will. Further, why was this not handled from the beginning before they tortured my baby? If a human patient is treated this way there are patient advocates & lawyers promptly involved. I guess things are different in Veterinary Medicine.... But animals deserve compassionate care, too. Some people love their pets more than their spouses. In addition, pet parents should be counseled regarding the operative course, what to expect, and how to manage their pets post-operatively at home. My family, and especially my dog, were traumatized by this experience. This vet got good reviews on Yelp for some reason; maybe they are acceptable for routine well care visits and minor illnesses. But if you have a pet with serious illness or require invasive or surgical intervention I encourage you to seek another Veterinary practice.

We had an amazing experience with this veterinary office for my puppy’s cherry eye surgery. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly informative and reassuring both before and after the surgery. Throughout the entire process, they made sure to check up on both me and my puppy and provided all the necessary medications and clear instructions, which made everything feel much less stressful.
Everyone — from the front desk staff to the vet techs, assisting staff, and the doctor — was so kind, patient, and genuinely loving toward my puppy.
Dr. Francisco DiPolo is truly exceptional. You can immediately tell how knowledgeable he is and how much he genuinely cares about animals. When he first met my puppy, he even got down on the floor to examine him, which instantly built trust and showed how compassionate he is.
It’s now been 3 months since the surgery with no relapse at all. My puppy looks better than ever — you would never even know he had surgery or any eye issues in the first place. I’m extremely grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. DiPolo and his entire team to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled veterinary care.
