One of the hardest days of my life and the team were absolutely compassionate, understanding and kind. I had to make a tough decision and as hard as it was... I'm so glad I was in good hands with this team.

extremely friendly and kind staff, the vet really listens to you and cares. my cat isn’t a fan of dogs, and they listened to that and didn’t bring him in the back where they had a dog and just gave him his shots in the exam room so he was more comfortable. not a super busy place, not a ton of animals around and it doesn’t feel like they are trying to rush you out to get to the next patient. it feels slightly expensive, but I’m used to vet prices in a different city, and even if it is expensive for the area it’s not ridiculous and it’s well worth the quality of service from the excellent staff.

This is one of the best veterinary clinics I’ve ever been to! The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The vet was easy to talk to and friendly. I felt very comfortable with her doing the work on my dogs. I traveled all the way from Indiana and I will definitely be back! I wish I was closer I would take all my animals to her!!

I traveled all the way from FL to see Dr. Adams and her team. I would give 10 stars if I could honestly! They were able to see me the next day for something very specific and unique that was difficult to find in my area. All the staff was very professional yet personable at the same time which made me feel at ease. It's hard to find a vet staff that genuinely cares about your pet, their well being, and you as the owner but Westside Village hit the mark on everything! If I didn't live so far, I would be seeing them regularly for all of my dogs' needs. Or maybe I just need to find an excuse to go back 😂 either way, I wouldn't hesitate to have them as my primary care provider for my dogs and neither should anybody else!

Their professionalism, precision, and kindness made every visit stress‑free and efficient. We relied on them for progesterone testing and a TCI, and the level of expertise was truly top‑tier. Results were fast, communication was clear, and Dr. Adams took the time to explain every step so we could make the best decisions for timing. The staff handled my girl with such gentle, confident care that I knew she was in the right hands.
