West Michigan Street Veterinary Clinic

My first experience was nothing more than wonderful the staff and the doctor could not have been any kinder to myself and my 18-year-old furry baby Odie She is not a fan of going to the doctor and even though she got a little spicy with the doctor she was still very gentle with her. But in human age my Odie(cat) is 95 years old So she has the right to be a little spicy sometimes. And she wasn't feeling very well yesterday. If you're needing a great veterinarian clinic with supporting staff and doctors then I would suggest you giving them a try. I will definitely be going back with my other furry baby. Oh did I mention they are easy on your budget also. She had a general checkup and I will be returning in a week for lab work.

This place is horrible, rude argumentative staff. My fur baby was seriously sick and lethargic.We waited in the car for 2 and half hours. Just to be told they would not help because my dog wasn’t able to stand up fast enough to walk. I would not recommend this place. There were several people leaving out of this place upset. They sent me on my way with my dying dog without a care.

My puppy had gotten parvo and although the wait was a little bit longer than I had hoped, the staff was spot on about my dogs recovery. It's been two days and he is back to chasing his cat around the house. Thank you to all the staff that helped care for Max!

UPDATE: I am so heartbroken to post that my beloved Miss Deogee Chaney Johnson Livingston crossed the rainbow bridge April 17,2026 at 4:24 PM. She had developed a splenic tumor (on her spleen), which had begun to leak and caused her to bleed internally. The surgery was out of my financial range and I was told of she survived the surgery, she possibly would pass within three months afterwards because of her age. She passed with her humans with her. That to me was the hardest time of my life. I want to say Thanks to Dr. Johnson and the staff at West Michigan Veterinary Clinic for the years they took care of my sweet Deogee, and all my dogs before her. ====== My fur baby has been a patient at West Michigan Veterinary Clinic for 11 of her 15 years. Dr. Johnson and the staff have always provided excellent care for my girl. The clinic is low cost and budget friendly. I highly recommend them.

Great service! Took my dog for a cut on his leg found out one of my grandkids put a rubber band on his leg. They had to do surgery that day that he needed stitches. It was very affordable. The staff were super friendly and the doctor. Chewbacca and I thank you for taking great care of him. We will be back.
