Do not give this place your business, you will regret it. My dog almost died in their care. Price gouging because they know they're the only vet in a pretty far radius. Tried to charge me over 2k for them just to check out my dog, not even treat him. I took him somewhere else and they quoted me 500 for EVERYTHING. I'm never coming back here. They take the dogs in the back so you can't see what they do to them. Also sketchy. How knows how rough they are in the back.
Dr. Ricks and his staff @West End Animal Wellness Center were excellent. The entire staff's demeanor create the feeling of ease and understanding that's rooted in great knowledge. Dr. Ricks treated our 4.5 y/o Cocker Jack and he and the nurse were really attentive in treating him....lastly, the treatment was timely and clear. Thanks Dr. Ricks and the whole West End Animal Wellness Center staff...we appreciate you all for being value adds and for being located in our neighborhood.
Read on GoogleI can’t believe I’ve never posted about our favorite local veterinarian. Chet comes here on a regular for all of his pet needs. The staff is helpful and friendly. The commute is so close to my house. Chet has allergies and so we are here more often in the summer. From Dr. Randall to Now, Dr. Rick- we love our local community pet care. I love how at ease Chet is with this staff. You know dogs and vet visits don’t always go hand and hand so it’s always a relief when he’s happy no matter who he sees here.
