Called and made an appointment they got me scheduled within the week. They entered my information incorrectly so I didn't receive the message that I needed to give confirmation in order to keep an appointment that I made over the phone just days before. So because their policy they canceled my appointment two hours beforehand. Once I finally am able to get into the place and be seen my cat has an accident in his cage and I ask if I can clean him off anywhere, the front desk tells me that the staff will clean him and the carrier for me, once I get back there they leave me in the room for 45 minutes before anyone comes in, they did not clean him or allow me to take him somewhere to be cleaned so he was sitting in feces for over an hour I tried using tissues from their lobby but it wasn't enough, they didn't look at anything on him but his ears (so not really an exam) despite telling me that I'm getting the exam for free (the whole reason I tried this place anyways) because I said I brought him in for an ear infection. They gave me medicine that was already open and spilled everywhere and would not give me any sort of discount for it. They told me I can buy another one for full price... if you think that's worth $205 this is the place for you. Was really hoping for it to be good :(
