I highly recommend the services of Voorheers Vet Center for your beloved pets. I had to make the painful decision to say farewell to my precious cat named HEAVEN .She received good care and I appreciate the love, understanding and compassion of the Veterinarians and staff during the process. I picked out an urn and I was given her paw prints and hair in a small glass bottle, Along with a cremation certificate. These treasures mean alot and I'm able to cherish her memory ✨️

Avoid this office…. Called today At 10 AM to refill prescription for my pets skin meds. Only used one of 5 refills and prescription that was good until 9/ 23/ 2026. Women on the phone with a passive aggressive attitude and a mean streak called back at 5 to tell me I needed an appointment and enjoyed saying that no meds would be received. No concern that my dog will suffer! She didn’t even offer me a few pills until I could get the new appointment and refill of meds. Such a heartless and cruel practice to punish my dog for my mistake!

Had tried out this vet office since my dogs usual office is hard to get ahold of. Let me tell you they are SO SWEET AND NICE! My dog was so well loved while there. Had an appointment for 6pm, due to the emergency nature they were able to get me in earlier. Will make them her full time vet now

Our Golden Doodle has been in their care for quite a few years since we took ownership of him .. The veterinarian that checked out Ed for his recent visit was pretty good. I don't know of any other veterinarian that would charge less . They weighed him . Clipped his nails I believe and drew blood for heart worm,tick &fleas which was negative .Ed is prone to Ear infections. Of course i was charged for the one pill of heart guard which we will have to get more of to finish out the time frame . I also have to administer ear drops by syringe in each ear . The vet wants to see him back again in two weeks. I hope this ear infection is gone . For the total bill it was $410.83 . I'm just floored at their fees.

Dr Capalan is AMAZING. I’ve been to this vet around 5 times between both my dogs. I’ve seen 3 different doctors and a few techs. Everyone is really nice and were all good but tonight I saw Dr Capalan for the first time. She was fantastic. Barb was my tech and she was just as amazing. Dr C and Barb were super patient with me and my Bailey even tho it was really late and I am sure they wanted to go home. She explained so much to me and she discovered some other things that they didn’t see during the last few visits. (My dog is super high anxiety and she’s hard to examine so at no fault at all to the other doctors) We came up with a plan and she considered my financial situation as well. Before seeing Dr. C I was feeling super overwhelmed and sad with a previous diagnosis, after talking with Dr C I feel sooooo much better. Barb took the time to explain all the different vaccines AND the different over the counter heart guards and flea/tick meds. She was really kind as well! 10/10
