As both a breeder and a pet owner, I am incredibly grateful for the care we received from Dr. Knowles, Dr. Lombardo, and the entire team. From the very first phone call through our appointments and follow-up care, everyone treated us with kindness, compassion, and genuine concern. As breeders, we've worked with a number of veterinarians and specialists over the years, and I can honestly say the level of care we received here was exceptional. Every specialist we interacted with went above and beyond. It never felt like we were just another appointment. Everyone was invested in Bumble's case and genuinely wanted the best possible outcome. What stood out the most was that Dr. Knowles personally took the time after business hours to call me and go over Bumble's case in detail, answering every question and making sure I understood the plan moving forward. That level of dedication and compassion is something you simply don't see every day. The communication, professionalism, and genuine love they have for their patients gave me complete confidence that my puppies were receiving the very best care. It’s every dachsund parent’s worst nightmare… we took Elliot in to his primary care when he stopped wanting to go up his ramp. They identified a sore spot and put him on meds and we monitored him. Four days later on friday evening, he had gone from slightly weak on his back legs to the first signs of dragging his paws. I took him in to the ER and that vet confirmed he was showing signs of neurological issues so i took Elliot home and planned on making an appointment with vet neuro first thing in the morning. By midnight his back legs were fully paralyzed; as you can imagine it was the longest morning ever. Fortunately he was able to have imaging and surgery done the same day and Dr. Moore was very communicative throughout the whole process. The staff even called the day after discharge to see how Elliot was doing! I can’t recommend vet neuro enough; the quality of care and amazing people there shine through in the outstanding results. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much.

I was so scared that I was going to lose my baby, but then I met Dr. Parker. My doll had compression on her spinal column and couldn't walk. Dr. Parker was so kind and caring and made me believe that she was going to be, not only alright, but be able to walk. In short, Dr. Parker was right! My nine year old doxie is going to be okay! She has a long recovery ahead, but her prognosis is promising! I can't thank Dr. Parker enough! I also have to mention the staff. I don't know their names, but they are also worthy to mention. From walking in, I was greeted with smiles and their compassion showed. My baby was there for 3 days and all the time, the staff showed the same loving, caring compassion that I had seen on the first day! This practice is certainly the BEST in the valley!! A+++++

This is the best vet's and facility that I have ever been to. Everyone is happy, very experienced and extremely caring. Facility is gorgeous and very clean. Dr Parker did an amazing job fixing my BrunoMarz. I will be referring them to everyone. They take the time to get it right the first time. Thank you so much Dr. Parker and staff. I know that you guys spoiled my baby because everyday for a week or so he kept wanting to go back. He loved you guys.

Our French bulldog was regularly seen here for over a year to manage autoimmune encephalitis, and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. We were so happy with the care she received, and she was able to progress back to normal motor function and stability. When she passed away due to an unrelated cancer, Dr. Lovato sent us the kindest card. It was so nice to hear from the staff who had taken such good care of her and loved her. It meant so much to us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone whose pet has a neurological condition.
