Absolutely horrible !!! Not a good place I want to swear but review will get removed MY PET DIED because of there negligence I' looking into legal action Do not come here the receptonists are rude only there to make money if not they have no use for you .they didn't see my pet at all left us waiting told me my cat was stable and made us wait in a freezing ice cold room it was like 50 degrees in there fir few hours I called ahead told them I was on my way because my pet was in distress howling in pain for 2 days straight couldnt pee at all my cat was getting blocked mass on stomach was blocking other organs ( the other vet said that I took her too) the dumb veg tech said my cat was stable could wait to be seen I said we couldn't wait long and she promised the vet wound be in a few minutes that she's reading a radiology report and will be right in ..that didn't happen .I kept going out to ask what's taking so long and they kept putting me and my cat off lying the doctor wil be right in after I came out thru sid now I had to wait another 30nmin or longer because the doctors were changing shifts and could not see my dying cat now .these vets are disgusting and selfish .they got annoyed that I asked no compassion I caught the vets not doing anything in the hallway just eating and joking around while my cat lay in there freezing room dying .they did NOT care about my cat at all .they changed shifts and forgot about treating my cat who's critical ,not peeing in almost 2 days is critical and I was forced to wait the next day to bring her to my vet that said she needed to be put down that my cat is in too much pain and distress ...thanks veg for being a/holes disgusting staff and vets on the way out I asked yo speak yo the supervisor she came out mean arguing with me yelling trying to defend there actions .no compassion no help no offering to see my cat sooner nothing .veg is a big nothing all hype don't buy it I'm extremely pissed at him I do not want to read a condesending response nothing can measure up to you guys killing my cat by making us wait .a big huge F.O to you and your lazy staff do not respond with garbage that says oh we don't see you in our system .(This is veg way to cover up ) There huge mistakes

I had a positive experience at VEG. I came in with my cat who was very stressed (hates getting in carrier/car) but had some kind of urinary issue. They took me in rapidly and the Doctor was very kind and empathetic to my nervous cat. They diagnosed his issue quickly and let me know it wasn't a complete crisis so that helped calm me down. They did a blood and urine draw which went very smoothly given how nervous my cat was, and overall the doctor/nurses walked me through all the steps very honestly and openly with estimates provided at every step which was very appreciated. As a layman I cannot say how much of the tests they did were strictly necessary and what was nice to have, but doctor explained everything very thoroughly so I left feeling like it was pretty reasonable. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because although I arrived around 7 when it was pretty empty, by 8-9PM when my cat was getting his draws and test results, the place became a lot busier and the doctor couldn't attend to me as much, so I ended up not being able to leave until around midnight, including at least one period of over an hour where I was just waiting around. But I can't really blame them that much-- I was in a private room because my cat is skittish so I didn't see, but when I left I saw the place was a total zoo with lots of people, so I think they were just overwhelmed. Overall -- very good service. Bill was a bit high, but they gave me options and walked me through every step with estimates for my confirmation. Only downside was longer wait time as the night progressed.

Love this place! Have had many emergencies and have gotten to some of the staffs names. They are so caring and efficient. And love that you can be right there with your pet the whole time. No hidden doors, you see what you get.

The staff at VEG saved my dogs life🩷 We brought my senior dog Daisy in because she was not eating, and within half an hour they had identified a large ruptured tumor on her spleen. They got her stable, got us in with a specialist the same evening, and gave us all the information clearly and patiently during a very upsetting time. She’s healing beautifully now and happy to say the mass was BENIGN!! I credit this team 100% for taking things seriously right away, and finding the problem at lightning speed. We are so grateful. Dr Stephanie Leung and team, we love you!!!

i took my pom here because he had collapsed one night and the next day his breathing was labored. we already knew that he does have a heart condition. the staff seemed to take very good care of him from the get-go and let me be by his side the whole time. they called in a cardiologist to look at him but it wasn't going to be for a few hours so they told me i could leave and they would monitor him. the cardiologist arrived and left before we could get back so never saw her. when we arrived, the person working there conveyed the message from the cardiologist that our pup had, at most, FOUR months to live! then said sorry and left us to take our dog. it was devastating and we had no idea what to do with that information. we were told we should follow up with the cardiologist. well, no. she only had bad info to tell us so why speak to her. according to her our pup should have been gone by June. it was the longest four months...just waiting. it is now into August and he is doing well. just today he was checked by a (different of course) cardiologist who said he is doing well with all of his heart conditions, as did his primary veterinarian. oh, i should probably say that in the paperwork she sent with her findings, at the end of it all there was a sidenote stating that in ONE study , dogs, i guess with this condition, had only 4 months of life left. really?!?! did she really base it off of that?!!!! this facility should be ashamed of having someone like her seeing patients!
