My cat comes here for his regular check ups and just had a dental cleaning and extractions with the dental team yesterday. Even though extractions are no fun and I was very concerned for my boy, Sergio and Ashley were so kind, patient, and detailed throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and called regularly throughout the day to let me know what was happening and how my cat was doing under anesthesia. They were detailed on what to expect during the recovery period and how to provide the best care for him. They even sent him home with a card and toy for his upcoming birthday :) Having such an attentive team is so important to an anxious pet parent like me! My boy is now doing well on the road to recovery. Again, can't say enough about how kind Ashley and Sergio were!
Ashley and Sergio were so attentive and communicative throughout the whole procedure. I'm a mom of a 16yr old cat so I was beyond nervous that she wouldn't wake up from the general anesthesia. They kept in touch with me often and when I went to grab my cat Ashley was so warming and attentive to the questions I had. Highly recommend them!!
Bringing a newly adopted dog home from a shelter is supposed to be an exciting experience. What I didn't expect was learning that Rigly Blue had significant medical issues that weren't apparent when I adopted him. Those first couple of months were filled with multiple veterinary visits, questions, and a lot of worry. From the very first appointment, the entire team at Vet Villa made us feel like we mattered. They didn't treat Rigly as just another new patient coming in for a routine meet-and-greet. They took the time to understand his history as a stray, the challenges he was facing, and the care he truly needed. Over the past two and a half months, Rigly has spent a great deal of time in their care, and every visit has been met with genuine kindness, compassion, patience, and professionalism. It's clear that this isn't just a veterinary hospital--it's a team of people who truly love the animals they care for and are deeply invested in the well-being of pets in our community. I am incredibly grateful for everything they've done for Rigly Blue and for giving both of us the support we needed during a very unexpected start to our journey together. I had gone to the same Vet office for more than 40 years, but they've changed and not for the better. I had a foster dog and the foster organization had me to go a Vet office that was fairly far away, but since they were paying for everything, including Uber Pet, I went to their preferred Vet. Then my sweet puppy became my first foster fail and I couldn't continue to make that long trip, so I decided to try Vet Villa, which is walking distance from my home. I hated the thought of switching Vet offices again, but I'm so glad I made the switch. Everyone there is great! The Vets, the tech, the front desk staff! I wish I'd made the switch a long time ago.
I can't say enough wonderful things about the Vet Villa Dental Team! They took the time to answer my questions, reassure me, and make me feel completely comfortable leaving my three cats in their care. Their kindness and compassion truly helped calm my nerves. The procedures went smoothly, and when I picked up my cats, everything was explained thoroughly, including their discharge instructions and recommendations for continuing their dental care at home. They even sent us home with three toothbrushes, which was such a thoughtful touch!
