We've been bringing our cat here since the clinic first opened, and we couldn't recommend them more. Dr. Wagner has cared for our cat through ongoing allergy issues, and when we recently rescued a puppy, the entire team was incredibly supportive. Dr. Wagner is everything you could hope for in a veterinarian—kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure we feel confident caring for our pets. She truly goes above and beyond. We also love how easy communication is with the clinic. You can text the clinic to schedule appointments or ask questions, and they always respond. Their urgent care hours are another huge plus and provide great peace of mind. As a Fear Free clinic, they do an amazing job making pets feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible during visits and procedures. We are so grateful to Dr. Wagner and the entire team for the exceptional care, guidance, and support they've given our cat and now our puppy. Thank you for treating our fur babies like family—we're so thankful to have found you!

Dr. Wagner is by far the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. Her gentle and kind demeanor is felt not only by me, but by my dogs as well. For the first time in their lives, they don't fear going to the vet, they're actually excited to walk through the front door. Vegas Pet Animal Hospital is Fear Free certified, and you can truly feel the difference in their approach. The office is always extremely clean from top to bottom, and every member of the staff is incredibly sweet and caring. Dr. Wagner is honest, patient, and never rushes you. She takes the time to clearly explain everything and always responds when I need her. I honestly don't think I'll ever go to another vet. Highly, highly recommended.
