VCA TLC Animal Hospital

I brought my cat in for the free introductory visit. The veterinarian came in after the assistant weighed my cat. Assistant was great. That's one thing I can say. That came in. Spent maybe three minutes with me. Then someone from the clinic came in and wanted me to spend $800 on a bunch of tests. It felt totally like a bait and switch. As soon as he realized, I was not going to sign up for their excessive testing, they were done with me and had a very clear it was time to leave.

I've been with this Vet Clinic for 20 years. When Dr. Mark Hiebert was there place was great, I felt my pets were cared for and he would always follow up and make sure everything was up to our satisfaction. That is no longer the case. Now all they want to do is run tests and charge more money. Then lose the results and run more tests. And if you are 8 minutes late they tell u they can't see u cause there is only one doctor on duty. You ask for a manager and get denied in your request.

Nothing but great things to say about our visit at VCA TLC today! Doctor Guenoun and Doug/team were kind, professional, caring and informative it really made the whole experience a breeze. I found this VCA Animal Hospital on Google and decided to give it a try after doing some research and I'm so glad I did. The facility is very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The front desk staff and doctors were incredibly kind and attentive and they showed so much love and care for my dog, Chloe. They also offer a CareClub plan, which made the visit even more convenient and affordable. I was able to walk out without paying anything upfront, which was a huge plus. On top of that, they had free coffee, creamer, and even those biscotti cookies you crave when flying Delta such a nice touch that made the visit feel extra special. The doctor also gifted Chloe some new toys, which made her so happy! Overall, such a great experience. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a caring and professional veterinary team!
