It’s truly amazing how NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. For a place who says they “care” about animals and pets, I find it VERY hard to believe. You don’t even answer the phone during business hours.
Read on GoogleThe best way I can share my wholehearted endorsement of VCA LAVS is to share the email that I just wrote to Dr. Whitney Topmiller after saying my final goodbyes to my beloved rescue Cockapoo who lived more than a year longer and in relatively good health thanks to the exceptional diagnosis from Dr Feldman and the loving care from Dr Topmiller and everyone here. I recommend them without hesitation. Dear Dr Topmiller ~ From the bottom of my heart, even broken as it feels right now, I want to thank you for the incredible care we have received all along and especially yesterday. Please share my gratitude with Dani and everyone on your team who made the hardest moments of my life as soft and gentle as they could be.
Thank you Dr. Feldman and Jorge for being so accommodating to Cupcake and throughout the years. Dr. Feldman is gifted not only with an elite knowledge of veterinary medicine but is very concise regarding treatments at pivotal moments when Cupcake needed it most. Jorge his technician is always available for a chat and helped get Cupcake through some tough times. Thank you for your care and compassion. It has made a great difference in our lives
This clinic put my dog at risk. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. David Feldman to consult re: my dog's liver issues discovered at my primary vet. I scheduled an appointment three weeks out and reconfirmed 3-days prior to learn that I had to reschedule because of a electrical issue with the city; I had missed the voicemail when out of town. I rescheduled for the next day, Wednesday (today), on the Saturday before the appointment. On Monday (two-days out), I called the clinic again to reconfirm and verify all medical records were transferred as requested and was told that the VCA TLC clinic would secure the records they had not received yet. After I arrived at the cilnic for my appointment today, I was told my appointment was never secured because a deposit was not made. I was turned away. I drove across town, spoke to the clinic three times over the course of booking the appointment, and was never asked for a deposit or told my appointment was tentative. Now, four weeks later, I am forced to further delay care for my sick dog and start all over with appointment scheduling in hunt of a specialist. What a shame, I was so looking forward to seeing Dr. Feldman. I won't seek care from a clinic that cannot even successfully schedule an appointment, wasted my time, and delayed care for a very sick senior dog.
