VCA Arden Animal Hospital

So so rude, who ever your receptionist is, she needs to be fired. We take our dog for Allergy shots there and the receptionist is always so rude. This time I called to make her 3 month allergy shot appointment and she was extremely rude. I'm never going back here again.

I took my senior cat Nikki to VCA for 6 years and the vets were great. This review is about management. When I had to say goodbye to Nikki at VCA ASG it was the hardest day of my life. Then Nikki's care club autorenewed. Ok, fine, the two offices clearly don't share information, so I called VCA Arden and asked to speak to a manager to see what could be done. They weren't available and I was told I would receive a call back. No call. So I call again a couple of days later, same thing. Manager isn't available, but they'll call you back. We go back and forth for TWO WEEKS and they never call back. Eventually AMEX refunds me the money and I cancel care club online. What an abhorrent way to treat a client, especially a grieving client. I will never recommend VCA again, and I will not be bringing any animals back. What a joke.

The dr was great and knowledgable. But the rest off the staff sucks. Rude, uninformed, and lack empathy.

Great experiance and prices were reasonable. diagnoses went fast and smooth in and out in 3 hrs

Place is okay, not great. They need to listen better, wanted a tech visit to get vaccines updated. They scheduled us for a full exam. After telling vet what we wanted as far as medications, etc… tech comes back in with an estimate with a bunch of shit I already told them we didn’t need… basically running it all down for me on a written estimate like I’m buying a used car. LISTEN BETTER AND QUIT TRYING TO “UPSELL” STUFF I ALREADY SAID I DON’T WANT.
