Dr. Tom was incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I had an appointment for one of my dogs, but then they also let me bring in another that I was worried about. Tom and his staff spent 1.25 hours with us checking all elements of my dogs' health and discussing treatment options (medication and supplements). I have rarely felt that cared for by a vet. He was gentle with the dogs and patient with my millions of questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have 2 dogs, one which is very difficult at the veterinarian. I met with the team here and they let him come in for happy visits to get him used to the office. They helped me make a plan for his wellness exam and vaccinations and he was able to get every thing done that was needed. I really appreciate the time they took to listen to my concerns. Both dogs had a successful visit!

My dog was having some tummy issues over night. I rang the office at opening the next morning and had an appointment scheduled quickly. When we went we stepped right in to an exam room where an aide took all the information and then the Dr joined us gave an exam and love to my pup. We were out the door in less the 1/2 hour with our meds in hand. Everyone was lovely, smile and showed kindness. Exceptional service and my dog was on the mend by the next evening - everything you would want in a visit highly recommend. Have been using them for several years always top notch!

Let me get this straight: 1- the main reason my pet is alive and back to normal is my vet in Houston and my semi knowledge about how things should work plus my husband’s anger. 2- I forced Dr. Duncan to run a fecal test as she was not willing to do so. 3- your protocol should start with listening to patient and take action accordingly. We told her our pet had diarrhea 7 times! The first line of action should be running fecal test. 4- Dr. Duncan was telling me the result with be in 2 or 3 days after I forced her into doing fecal test. When I asked what about in house lab they said oh yeah that can work too! What the heck!!! 5- the front young white boy said he will call us in a very dismissive way after they agreed to do in house fecal test. while the result would take 15 minutes. I told him I will wait. 6- If we were not insisted and persistent my pet would have been in a very dangerous situation. 7- My mission is to not to let this happen to other pets and I will definitely perusing it.

Avoid this clinic. Read the reviews on google as well! They have done the same thing to two other dogs like mine. I'm not letting this happen to other animals. Had an emergency while in vail! The worse experience ever! This business run and thrive only based on money no care so avoid it. I had no problem paying however: -they wanted to take Xray from the beginning -they gave us two different probiotics while I tell them my pet had been having diarrhea and vomiting a bit. -they kept wanting to get Xray and abdominal ultrasound without checking fecal first. -they had told me they have to send the fecal sample to outside lab and for testing after I kinda forced them to run it the second day. -I had to fight a lot and whole lot more ... Dear Dr. Duncan, this is not the way to treat and provide care! My problem was not money but I did not want to skip the first steps and jump into taking Xray as I had to put my little dog under! I am myself a provider this is not how you want your pets to be treated.
