Utopia Animal Hospital

Even though Utopia is almost 30 minutes from my home, I gladly make the trip with my best girl Freya. She loves the people there and doesn't even give me a glance backward as she trots off with a member of the staff. That stings a bit, not gonna lie. 😅

I absolutely love Utopia. Everyone there is patient, kind, loving, sympathetic, and empathetic. I would recommend their services to anyone. I’ve lost a couple of my fur babies, and they were incredibly supportive during my grieving process. I truly appreciate them and simply love everything about their team.

Over the weekend our dog, Ruby, had eaten an entire loaf of raisin bread, she started acting off and instead of taking her to the emergency vet we decided to wait and bring her to Utopia. She was not established at a vet yet, but I had read great reviews about Utopia. So we brought her in almost as soon as they opened. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly to Ruby! They got all her information, listened to all of our concerns and let us know that the doctor didn't get in for about 30 min so we decided to wait. After only 15 minutes the doctor was immediately in our room taking a look at Ruby. She drew blood to test her kidneys and went ahead and did a routine check up. She updated Ruby's shots and got her on a monthly flea and tick med. In the end, we only owed around $180. They gave us a coupon that ended up taking off the cost of the blood work!! We are extremely grateful for the Utopia team, and 100% will be bringing Ruby back, I have already recommended my mom and her three dogs here!

please DO NOT get your dog groomed here!! i am so disappointed in the service given to me & my fur baby. i came in & asked for a TRIM around my dogs mane & asked for his butt area to be shaved down. i mentioned a “teddy bear cut” but was also clear on wanting a TRIM. when i arrived to pick up my dog, i was in disbelief. they had SHAVED my long hair chihuahua down completely!! first of all, anyone ever asking for a “teddy bear” cut does not mean to SHAVE your dog completely down. second, any professional or even GOOD groomer would know that you cannot shave down a long haired chihuahua. my dogs hair will never grow back the same and will take months maybe even years to grow back. giving me a refund does not compensate nor change the fact that utopias groomer ruined my dogs hair & did not give me even close to what i asked for. i am still in disbelief & shock that a groomer would do this. it’s giving carelessness and laziness. i will never trust utopia with grooming any of my pets EVER again. i am so upset & cannot find the right words to express how disappointed i am. i will also insert before and after pictures to show how this “groomer” RUINED my baby. SHAME ON THIS GROOMER!! if i could give zero stars i WOULD!!!!
