Urban Paw Veterinary Health and Rehabilitation

We brought our dog in that had previously ingested Advil and was experiencing severe, acute kidney injury. We had just finished up three days at an emergency pet hospital and remained extremely concerned about long term impacts and what this meant for her moving forward. Urban Paw got us in immediately, offered comfort, and a hands on approach. They re-admitted our dog for treatment and treated her like their own. We are so grateful for their understanding, constant communication, and willingness to get her to a more stable place.

If I could give Urban Paw Veterinary Health & Rehabilitation 10 stars, I absolutely would. My dog and I were on our way to a rehabilitation appointment when we were involved in a car accident just around the corner from the office. We obviously missed our scheduled appointment, and in a panic I called to ask if there was any chance someone could see my dog as soon as possible because I was terrified she had been injured. From the moment I called, the entire team went above and beyond. Special shout out to Beckie and Megan, who quickly moved mountains for us to make sure they could fit us in on such short notice. Dr. Steve Dick and Kelly were nothing short of incredible. They took their time performing a thorough evaluation of my dog, patiently answered every single one of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed, even though they had graciously worked us into their schedules at the last minute. They also kept my dog for several hours to monitor her while I dealt with the insurance company and the accident report, which gave me tremendous peace of mind during such a stressful, scary day. To say they saved us feels like an understatement. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for both my dog and me meant more than I can ever put into words. I truly don’t know what I would have done without them. I cannot recommend Dr. Steve Dick and the Urban Paw team highly enough. They are exceptional people providing exceptional care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!

So grateful to have stumbled upon Urban Paw after adopting my pup 2 years ago. We've had such good experiences that she loves going in. Dr. Dick is super knowledgeable, kind, caring and has guided me through the joys and challenges of a growing pup. They have performed wonderful care including Spay Surgery, Giardia/upset tummy bouts, emergency stitches in her paw and everything in between. Can not recommend this entire team from front desk to vet techs and doctors enough.

Urban Paw Vet is an amazing general practice and Rehab facility. Everyone there has been amazing with my 4 pets. They truly show they care for their patients.

I've taken both of my kitties here for the last 4 years. I said goodbye to my senior kitty 2 years ago and Urban Paw treated us with such compassion and genuine care. My newer kitty doesn't mind her vet visits at Urban Paw at all! The team feeds her Churu and treats with such love. No scruffing! Both Dr. Fitzpatrick and Dr. Dick are not only amazing and understanding doctors, but they're also great humans. I will not be taking my kitty anywhere else!
