Switch to uptown from awful Banfield and so happy I did. The entire staff is all wonderful and so friendly and attentive. The female doctor is wonderful. Shows true compassion and is super clear about any treatments.

My cat Moo Moo had surgery 2 weeks ago , thank you Dr Romero and Dr Demner for taking great care of my Moo. Also I want to thank the staff from the front desk to the vet techs. Gracias Doctor Demner , que Dios lo bendiga. Thank you, Gloria M

Staff here do a great job of maintaining a fear-free environment to the point that our reactive dog walks right in, is happy to be greeted by name, gets a treat and heads over to the scale to be weighed, no problem. These things don’t just happen but are part of a well-managed, animals-first veterinary practice. We’re glad to have found this vet. Even our cat, who is freaked out every time we put him in the carrier, relaxes somewhat in the examination room and allows himself to be handled by the vet and techs.

We just moved here and they were able to get us in within a week. The staff was so friendly and it was reasonably priced. Very happy with my experience and will continue to bring my cats here!

Dr. Sabrina Woods is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We haven't had such a thorough vet that also doesn't push for unnecessary things to be done. They give us an estimate and explain the nice to have and must haves. Easy in and out when we have our appointment which wasn't hard to schedule. We have only gone for our annual check ups and the prices so far have been reasonable like $75 for exam, heartworm test $78 so my dog can get simparico trio, and $37 for Bordetella oral medication.
