This was my first visit, and I am incredibly impressed. I was greeted by a friendly and cheerful front desk person before we were taken to the exam room. The building itself is stunning, my pup enjoyed looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows. I can't say enough about how amazing Dr Gorby was. He is such a great listener and is filled with not only knowledge but also compassion. I got teary-eyed at one point as he was assuring me he would help get my dog through her severe anxiety. I feel so confident in knowing Dr Gorby will be the perfect vet to manage my dog's chronic lung condition and her anxiety. I'm elated to have found your clinic. The level of care, compassion, empathy and professionalism is appreciated.

I’ve been taking my 1 yr old Pomeranian here since I got him last July & each appointment / interaction has been great! Communication is quick & efficient, and all staff are very nice & attentive. For the last several months my dog has experienced stomach issues & I’ve had several appointments for the same reason. We left each appointment hopeful that his stomach issues would get better. Unfortunately, I had to take him to an ER because he was in great amounts of pain overnight. Come to find out, there were foreign objects in his stomach and would need surgery. I called Upper Arlington after the ER visit as I would prefer the surgery to be done by them. I was quickly followed up with and got in for surgery the next day. Thankfully the surgery was successful & I’m hopeful for no more stomach issues! I would definitely recommend this vet if you want your pets genuinely taken care of!

Drs. Adam and Joanna Parson have cared for my dogs since they started their practice at Northstar Animal Care. They have always been very loving people caring about my furry family members and how the health of my dogs impacted me. I have always had confidence in their skill and knowledge. I can give many examples of the quality of their skills but that would over whelm the size of the survey. The staff at Northstar were also very loving and capable. As the Parson's practice grew so did their staff and they were able to maintain the quality of service. I would gladly recommend Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital to anyone who is looking for talented and kind medical care for their pets. I am really bad with names so it is difficult for me to identify people. The moment we came in the lobby the person at the check-in ushered us back to the room. She was very friendly and sensitive to how difficult it was to be bringing Zoe in for the euthanasia. I believe her name is Sam. She was supportive in settling us in and explaining what would be happening. Sam provided us information but also privacy. We were not rushed but she kept the process moving forward. When we reached the point when the catheter was put in Ashley joined Sam doing the procedure of shaving Zoe's leg to put in the catheter. Again, friendly but informative conversation about what would be happening. We were not rushed but the whole staff made sure Zoe was comfortable and we were okay. Everyone friendly and helpful.

Lots of amazing things to say about this place! As a first time patient, I couldn't be more impressed. My dog became ill in the middle of the night, and I was able to schedule an online appointment right away for the very next morning. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facility is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly compassionate, understanding, intelligent and attentive. They truly listened to my concerns and made me feel heard during a stressful situation. The level of professionalism is top-notch, and I was so pleased with how quickly they were able to take in Ellie Mae and provide care. I'm extremely grateful for the support and kindness shown to both Ellie Mae and I during such a stressful time. I will absolutely be returning for future medical care for my dog and check ups. It feels great to know that my dog is in good hands with UA vets!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shannon Mahoney, you were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to walk me through Ellie's medical charts and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Your knowledge, patience, and kindness helped me feel much more informed and confident about where Ellie Mae is with her health right now. I truly appreciated how thoroughly you answered my questions and ensured I understood her condition and next steps. The entire team at UAVH is always fantastic and so friendly. Dr Gorby and our tech Sam in particular are always incredible. After going through a really difficult hospital admission with my pet a year ago, they have been so supportive every time I have gone into UAVH. At this point they feel so familiar and like friends when we come to be seen. They have made the entire process so much more positive and I always know I can count on them to take really good care of my pup.
