They have only been in business for a year. Took a dog that had a bladder stone vet said medication and diet should dissolve the stone. I reach out numerous times to ask in regards to the dog passing blood. Vet said it was normal. I would just take time. As turned out I had to take in for emergency surgery. Wish they would have just been honest. Emergency vet said no way it would have ever passed.
Great customer service from the beginning. The veterinarians and staff are super friendly. My dog's procedures and services were all well explained, and I did not feel pressured to purchase extra services, which has been my experience at past veterinary offices. I highly recommend Top Choice Animal Hospital!
I took my sweet boy Bruno's here twice the second time was because he had difficulty breathing x rays and blood work need it to be done which I decided to go home and think about it doctor sold me medications despite not knowing what he had. I called and sent over the records to them because he was taken to a specialist and a veterinarian to do bloodwork and x rays. Thank you top choice animal hospital for denying the prescription of Bruno on his very last days were all we wanted was for him to be comfortable with the people that love him the most. All despite him being a patient of yours. Only way they will give me the prescription medicine is if I take Bruno back and spend money again with them. So if anyone is looking for a good hospital with cheaper prices please go to South Gate dog and cat hospital.
$390!!!!!! To euthanize my 8 lb dog. Please put your prices in the website so NOBODY will come to your clinic nor will we waste time to call. Near 20 minutes of hold time to learn of your outrageous pricing!!!!!
From the phone call conversation to accommodating me last minute request. Their no words that can explain how grateful Me and Benny are. Upon our arrival at the office the front desk girls were very welcoming, kind & very helpful. The intake girl as well. The Dr. ZUKLE WAS LOVING AND VERY CARING WITH BENNY the Whole office in general is AMAZING.
