I brought my cat here as an emergency, and the wait was far too long. The vet quickly recommended surgery without clearly explaining why. My cat is incredibly calm and friendly, yet I was charged for sedation because they claimed he was "aggressive," which is completely out of character. I took him to another clinic for a second opinion, and he only needed medication for a viral infection, no surgery. If you love your pet, get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive procedures here.

My 8.5 year old Cane Corso was ruptured a disc in his back. I had to take my Cane Corso from Blue Peral to Thrive due to Blue Peral. They were expecting him in the Neurology and Dr. Powers walked right in and did an exam immediately and said that they need to do an MRI and so we can find out what was going on. She was straight forward and listed the possible scenarios and issues. I would recommend Thrive to any and all.

I had to bring my 7 month old puppy in for overnight monitoring after a foreign body removal in a different clinic. Dr. Rimmelin and the whole Team were awesome in putting my mind at ease. They answered all my questions patiently and were very understanding of my concerns and my repeated phone calls during Daisy's stay. The Discharge instructions I received from the Tech ( sorry I forgot your name) were easy to understand and she was very knowledgeable and Daisy loved her! Overall, I would bring any of my pets anytime again if needed. I am just glad my mischievous little red head is getting better everyday.

Tonight was the second time in 3 weeks that we arrived for late night emergency service, and once again we were turned away because they were not doing intakes with no reason given. This is absolutely unacceptable as they are the largest emergency vet in the city. We ended up spending 30 minutes in the parking lot at 11:30pm calling all of the vets on the paper they gave use, then spent another 22 minutes driving to another er vet to receive emergency medical care for a 12wk 3lb parvo positive puppy.

We brought our sweet Pete here, and the team did an amazing job with him. My one request: please get more comfortable seating and lighting in the exam rooms!! Given the nature of emergency medicine, several hour-long wait times are expected — and the stiff chairs and fluorescent lighting made what is already an emotionally uncomfortable experience physically uncomfortable, too!!
