The clinic is m8nimal, calm and inviting. The staff are knowledgable, compassionate and extremely helpful. I couldn't ask for a better vet.

We are so lucky to have Dr.Cagle as our vet. He treats our dog with the highest respect and care and always gives us peace of mind when dealing with serious situations. We have been coming to him for years and will bring all our future pets here. Him and his team are truly wonderful!

Dr. Cagle, Megan, and Darien are the best! I have had such a great experience with my senior dogs Rigby and Shadow here. They are always so positive and kind, and have done a great job taking care of my babies. I’m very thankful for this vet practice and the great work they do. You can truly feel how much they care about their clients/fur baby patients. I’ve gotten my partner to start taking his dog Buddy here as well and he has really enjoyed the experience. Dr. Cagle has been our vet through some really tough moments, and I’m so grateful we found him. He’s thorough, thoughtful, and you can tell he genuinely cares about what’s best for your pet. When our dog Leo was first diagnosed with heart failure, Dr. Cagle acted fast—got imaging done right away and treated him promptly. Leo didn’t have much time after that, but I’m really thankful we had Dr. Cagle to help guide us through something so hard. Now we bring our senior lab and our chubby chihuahua, and they both love him so much!! One thing I really appreciate is how involved he and his team are. His staff will text to check in on the pets after visits, and Dr. Cagle has personally reached out to go over results, explain things clearly, and talk through what’s actually best for your pet. He also provides helpful resources so you don’t feel lost after you leave. As someone who is a medical provider myself, I have complete trust in him. He is thoughtful, efficient, and only orders what is truly necessary. That kind of integrity is rare. his pricing is very reasonable for the level of care you get, especially in the city. We’re really thankful to have found him.

The clinic itself is great (Dr. Cagle, Darien, Megan and all other staff are amazing), but my experience with Dr. Hanlon Song was not. I told her my dog’s medications were not working, and instead of listening, she dismissed it because he “seemed fine” during the visit. That logic is flawed and lacks clinical sense; chronic issues don’t disappear just because they aren’t happening in that exact moment. It came across as dismissive and lacking real consideration of my concerns. I left feeling unheard. I would recommend the clinic, but I strongly suggest avoiding Dr. Song.
