Me & my wife loved our experience here. They took care of our senior dog. & we could tell they definitely cared more than any other vet we’ve been to in the last 12 years.

Run. Don't walk. I don't know which is worst defending the unprofessionalism and shenanigans of the staff here or the actual actions. Trust me you can find better care somewhere else. Someone did a review just recently and I agree, the managers will defend their staff's unprofessional and poor communication. Trust...for what they charge they don't care if you complain, get upset, or leave. It's all about money not a positive customer experience. And front desk girl with the black curly short hair😬. Update to their response: Oh I am definitely a client and the receptionist with black hair that's sits on the right end of the front desk is definitely an employee. She's always so eager to check you in and take your payment but is secretly a meanie. I will decline Sally, the office manager's, help.....who feels like being constantly gaslighted. Give me a break...you all aren't going to do anything right.

I brought Arwyn in for her annual visit and saw Dr. Washington- as always, she was kind, polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns regarding Arwyn’s knees. Arwyn can be a little nippy, so I asked for a muzzle for her. Dr. Washington and her technician brought her back happy and without the muzzle. Wonderful support staff and wonderful doctors. Thank you so much The Pet Hospitals Downtown for always treating my pets like your own.

Our dog, Josie, came down with a sudden illness, when we took her to The Pet Hospitals Downtown location. Dr. Haddock stopped at nothing to find the problem and solution to her illness. Once she found that Josie had pancreatitis, she took her time to explain what was wrong with her, the treatment plan to get her better, and showed great patience with all of our questions. We had to do a 3 day IV treatment, so we had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Washington and Dr. Rucker, who handled Josie with care and gave me confidence that she was getting better. Around noon on day 2 of treatment, Josie’s personality started coming back, and she was eating again. On day 3, she was acting like she was never sick and playing her with brother, Rip. All of that to say all three of these doctors will take care of your pet loved ones. We are forever thankful for this group and their staff.

I've been bringing my pets to this hospital for over 10 years, and the care has always been excellent. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Most recently, my 9-year-old Shih Tzu mix had a dental cleaning, and Dr. Rucker was amazing. He kept me updated on his dental health, explained everything clearly, and gave great advice on how to take care of his teeth moving forward. It really made me feel confident that my dog was in great hands. You can tell the team truly cares about the animals they treat. I'm very grateful for the care they've given my dogs over the years. Highly recommend Dr. Rucker Dr. Haddock Dr.Washington and the entire staff!
