The Animal Hospital of the Highlands

Always very kind and helpful. I have had numerous issues with my pets since joining and they remember us and our animals when we come in. I trust them wholeheartedly with my pets and appreciate how thorough they are in their assessments.

My new shelter pup, Roux, has needed several vet visits in the last 6 months since I adopted her because she was neglected as a puppy. The Animal Hospital of the Highlands has always gotten me in same day, they always want what is best for Roux. I feel comfortable knowing that they will take the best care of her possible. We especially love Dr. Crafton!

Dr. Webb and her team at the Animal Hospital of the Highlands are simply amazing. Dr. Webb always takes her time to answer all of my questions--and as a new puppy owner, I have a lot! Her team really goes above and beyond in caring for us. I really appreciated that, even after vaccines, the office contacts me the following day to see how our puppy is doing. I look forward to continuing to work with Dr. Webb over the years!

I love Dr. Webb and everyone at the office! Andy is a high energy 100-lb Labrador and they handle him like pros. He recently needed an aspiration, and I was skeptical because of his lack of trust with anyone poking or prodding him, and he was back in the room with me in less than 5 minutes. The results I received were explained to me in detail, not at all rushed (and this was likely their last appointment before the long Labor Day weekend). I’m so glad to have found The Animal Hospital of the Highlands!!

I have used the services of the Animal Hospital of the Highlands twice so far. They are so caring and loving towards the animals. This is not just a job to these wonderful people. They actually care about the animals and their parents(owners). I highly highly recommend them. I will take my babies to them any time they need medical attention.
