The staff is really friendly and area very clean. They took the time to explain the results of my cat's blood work and was very patient with me and my questions. Thank you for making the very rough situation more manageable by being very kind, friendly, and compassionate.

Absolutely amazing place. I thought I was losing my cat Tigra. But they were able to cut off the tumor from her paw and saved her life. Thank you guys. Forever grateful 🙏

We brought our cat here yesterday because he was having issues urinating which for a male cat this can be fatal. We brought him in on a whim as we were new to the area and didn’t know the vets, they took same day. When we got there the vibes were super off no one really even seemed to know what exactly they were supposed to be doing. Even the receptionist was confused and said she had been there for years. They have care one credit posted everywhere but have no clue how to actually use it the owner knew and was able to help us, if she wasn’t there we wouldn’t have been able to use the care one credit. They did X-rays and said he had no crystals but for some reason still wanted to place him under a catheter to “break up the crystals”. They also prescribed him 4mg of Prazosin. We later came to find out the catheter and meds were never needed he was actually just stressed out and needed anxiety medication, we also found out the script they gave us for the Prazosin was way over the amount a 12lb cat should have. They also gave us a NSAID drug, Amoxicillin and told us to give it with his other NSAID Amoxicillin. This is dangerous and should not be overlooked. If I would have given him the dose they recommended he could’ve gone into toxic shock or worse. I do not suggest this vet while the owner is nice and knows what she’s doing the staff do not. All they did was make him worse and charge us $600. This place will not get my business again.

I love the feeling of community that I get from this facility. The veterinarians are so knowledgeable and they make the visit feel less like a medical visit and more like a check in with close friends that just so happen to know so much about your pet's health. They're so good with handling my cat Pato, and I love coming in and seeing Shelby the clinic Tortoise. SO much to appreciate about this place, the people running the thing are great! Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Swan Harbor Animal Hospital to anyone with a fur baby. My tabby Ivy got into a fight with another cat and damaged her canine tooth. She was seen quickly even tho I did a walk-in and her dental surgery was explained and all my questions answered with no issues. Dimitri handled my Ivy with so much care that my usually nervous and flighty kitty was chill and I was comfortable with leaving her in the vets capable hands overnight. This is her the next day you cant even tell she had a procedure done, thank you Swan Harbor Animal Hospital.
