Love the people here! Good service but they need to get their pricing correct ! I was told one thing and got another! Would not be so bad but I have 5 pups ad 80 to each! No good

Took my dog in that I had gotten from the shelter. Staff was overall very friendly and very informative. They weren't pushy towards services. Highly recommend and will be back

This place is so unprofessional. Ran out of rooms so nurse came out and decided to do our visit in the lobby. Didn’t greet my Fiancee or my dog. Immediately started talking numbers. Wanted to charge me 180$ for my daschunds first visit. She “added” a discount but that meant removing a “service” my dog didn’t need in the first place. All my baby needed was DHPP vaccinations. Then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t have to come back again in 3 weeks which would be an additional 83$ (not including taxes) mind you- we’re still in the main lobby with people around listening to us. I told them why it was so much especially having to return for vaccinations which makes no sense , it should be done same day. Very money hungry!! Make sure to ask what all you’re being charged for because when I asked she let me come around and I saw alot of unnecessary charges. I asked that I’ll take my service else where since they’re charging so much for just vaccinations. She called manager in who was fixing a broken front door. Manager walked over and I proceeded to tell her that banfeld has offered a free First time vet visit with DHPP and rabies for 77$. Only reason I came to swaims and not banfeld was because my first fur baby comes to swaims. Manager asked me to pull up coupon that banfeld offered me from my email. Manager then walks away and then as soon as I pull it up I show the nurse and she says “we aren’t Banfield” like MA’AM, your manager asked me to pull it up to show you. Idk if she was trying to raig bait me but it was very unprofessional how smart mouth she was trying to be saying “we aren’t banfeld” when clearly they’re Swaim’s and manager asked me to pull up the coupon to honor it. Decided to leave and take my services else where. Hear me out, I’m not a Karen, but as soon as someone wants to be smart and act funny, BABY I GOT THE TIME TO BE FUNNY 😂

We are so thankful for the amazing staff at Swaims. Sunshine had a very good visit with Dr Nguyen. Everyone said how well behaved our sunny was. But it's also the skill of the vet techs and the kind gentle love they provide. Again hats off to the staff.

My family and I have been coming to Swaim for over 30 years. They have always taken amazing care of our furbabies. The staff is friendly, helpful, supportive, and compassionate. I wouldn’t trust my furbabies anywhere else.
