Staff receptionist, she wears glasses and is heavy set, she is terrible. This place, they don't seem to care about your pet. I can't deal with the attitude and sarcasm I faced when booking on the phone. When coming in for my appointment I seen the receptionist on the phone be rude while taking other calls. If you hate your job just leave, what's the point of staying. AND I WANT TO NOTE, this was now apparently asks for payment first...? I have been coming here for years before the new staff came in and now apparently they want to now charge me before providing my dog care. I told the front desk this better be going for everyone and not just targeting certain people. I liked the place because it was so close to home but with how they treated my dog and myself... bye LOL. I'll take my pup to where he will feel loved and cared for BY REAL ANIMAL lovers.
