I had Dr Samandel euthanize my beloved pet. My Sweet Gracie it was the hardest thing ,I ever had to go through,and he made it even harder. i was told take all the time you need when you are ready ring the bell. i was holding her,kissing her ,and he just walked in there and gave her the shot to stop her heart. i couldn't talk,I was crying too hard . He stood up and said take care and left. i wasn't done saying goodbye to my baby. He made the worst day of my life even worse. He took the last moments with her away from me i will NEVER see him again it's in my file Nio Dr Samandel. if he was the only vet around I wouldn't go to him. I will NEVER forget what he did to Me and My Sweet Gracie. I just will never understand why he did that. the bell was never rang. i only got about 15 minutes with her He took our time with each other away like I said he made the hardest day of my life even harder.

We've had many pets with them, from exotics like rats, ferrets, and beardies, to the standard dogs and cats, and we have not had a single issue. Fast, responsive, competent, compassionate, and respectful. Great vets, great front desk staff. One of the few places I go to where I have not a single complaint to make.

Dr. Semandel has been wonderful with our dog, and we have so much confidence in his care. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to make sure our dog receives the best treatment possible. We truly appreciate how attentive and caring he is, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing our pet is in such capable hands.
