They show actual care for my dog Pepper. They are friendly and genuine. They are patient with my concerns and helpful in making informed decisions for Pepper.

I am a veterinary technician who works somewhere else in specialty, and was referred to this clinic for my cat who needed some dental work - it has been 2 weeks since her procedure, and if I could give them a thousand stars, I would. I trust their staff, their medicine, their pricing and their point of care so much, and that relationship means everything. Take your babies here, they will be cared for like they are their own. ♡

My vet of 25yrs retired at the end of 2025. So I started researching clinics, and how lucky I am to have found Southside Animal Clinic. They have 3 truly amazing and incredibly caring veterinarians, extremely knowledgeable technicians, wonderful receptionists. I have an older dog with a few issues, and I know he’s in the best care with this group. Thank you so much for all your help with Jasper!!

I have been going here for many years with my dog and cats. I haven’t had to go for anything serious I. Years until yesterday with my 13yr old chihuahua. Dr Burgess and the tech who handled our baby for us were phenomenal wouldn’t recommend anyone other that southside animal hospital. Dr Burgess is so compassionate and caring she talks to you and tells you all the treatment plans available if and when they are needed and is t like other vets I have gone to in the past where they seem to wanna do nothing but take your money. If your needing a vet this is where you should go to

Out of all the vets I’ve seen in Jax this is the best one for me! They’re empathetic and understanding with my pet. We received help when transferring to an er, a iv prepared and everything. Prices wise it’s what you’d expect for a vet, better in my opinion. This overall is a nice environment and space to bring your pets into. It’s super easy to get updates and contact staff here! When you have an appointment you’re in a room within good time. There is even an app provided for easy communication and access. I am definitely going to continue using this vet and eventually bring my other pets here. 100% recommend.
