Terrible phone service. If you are ever in an urgent need, this is not the vet to go to. The veterinarian was very attentive and thorough with explaining things. I would not say the same for the technicians there. The technician we worked with Hady, was not the best with handling my dog. I've never had any other technicians take my dogs temperature just for a simple visit. She was insistant on shoving the thermometer into my dogs ear....without first greet my dog. As pet owners, you know it is important that the dog is acclimated with a stranger before they get close to your dog, let along shove a foreign object in their ear. My dog was panicking, whimpering loudly and she kept of forcing him with the thermometer. Then she asked if my dog is always anxious going to the vet. He was never ever anxious ever in his life. I'm uncertain if we will ever bring him back to this vet again. We liked that it was close by and we like the vet, but the experience we witnessed with the technician was not at all pleasant.
