We actually just walked out the door with Gary and Snellie, and I immediately wanted to get on google to give a 5-Star review to ALL of the staff we interacted with today. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. We met Dr Joyce today (after I had done a lot of research), and he did not disappoint. He was thorough, detailed, authentic, personable, and took the time to answer any questions we had. Also, I have to give a shout out to the vet techs that gave the vaccines in the most gentle way and let our cats take the lead. I am so happy to have found this clinic! I’d give 100 stars if I could.

I've had 3 dogs now that have gone to SAH, and the staff have been great every time. Most recently my rescue got a dental done, and Dr. Delaney explained everything thoroughly and kept us updated throughout the procedure. Afterwards the staff provided great follow-up instructions, and you can tell they care for your pets like they're part of the family, whether it's your first or 50th visit. Can't recommend SAH enough!

I took my cat, Cricket, for his initial vet appt to Shorewood Animal Hospital with Dr. Whang after hearing great things about this clinic. They separate dogs and cats in the lobby and the techs handled Cricket in a fear free manner (though, he is a good boy and didn't put up a fuss). Cricket was purring and making biscuits in the room and seemed very content with everyone. I'll be back for sure!

The staff at shorewood animal hospital was quick to return my call and get my pet and I scheduled with the doctor. They listened and did a thorough exam for my pet and had solutions for me the same day. From the friendly and patient front office help to the assistants and vets- I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking.

Shorewood Animal Hospital is truly one of the best veterinary clinics around. The entire team is incredibly compassionate, caring, and dedicated to both pets and their families. They consistently go above and beyond, no matter the situation, providing not only exceptional care but also comfort and support during difficult times.
