We’ve been customers of RAAH for 4+ years now. They’ve taken care of our rescued Bichon Frise better than I could’ve dreamed of. Whether for routine visits or emergency visits, they’ve been there for us and we appreciate that all the staff shows the same courtesy to us and love for our pet.

Dr. McCaw is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Everyone on the staff is friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond. We’re so grateful to have found a veterinary clinic we trust completely. I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. My cat Biscuit was actually rescued and brought here, and that’s where I ended up adopting him—so it already holds such a special place in my heart. Since then, they’ve taken amazing care of him every step of the way. From getting him neutered to routine visits, I’ve always felt like he’s in the best hands. Dr. Diane is one of the vets there, and the level of care, attention, and genuine love they show every animal is so evident. The whole team is kind, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing your pet is being cared for by people who treat them like their own. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for Biscuit and couldn’t recommend them more!

Such a great vet !! I haven’t found one yet coming to Houston and I’m so glad I found this one so close to my apartment. Will definitely keep bringing my cat here. Vet was very attentive and explained everything so well ! Muffin will be coming back

The service at this clinic is excellent. We have five cats and a dog, and the care they receive is truly outstanding. Natalie, the dog groomer, has so much patience and kindness with my rescue dog, which means the world to us. Mary, the office manager, has also played a very special role in our lives — she has helped place most of our cats with us, and we love every one of them. This clinic feels like family.
