Richland Animal Clinic

I could not recommend this place more!! I had an emergency with my cat and they were so reassuring to me as they headed into surgery. The staff at every position is so incredibly compassionate and caring. The place has an excellent team with real care for the animals coming in. They have affordable prices and payment plans, and also do a great job of checking up on them after the fact

Dr. Jones is amazing! You can tell she’s one of those people who truly cares about both your best interest and your pet’s. She communicates clearly and professionally while also still letting you know what you need matters. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

The most warm, welcoming animal clinic I've been to. So pleased to have found a new facility that doesn't have the corporate feel. They take time explaining costs, services needed, etc. If you looking for a new clinic for your fur baby, I highly recommend considering Richland Animal Clinic.

Don't come here they are extremely unhelpful and rude. Without an appointment you are basically stuck

I’ve been bringing my dog Pumpkin to Richland Animal Clinic since she was about six months old, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. The staff and veterinarians are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They always make sure that Pumpkin is comfortable and well cared for. Their boarding service is also excellent. Pumpkin has stayed there multiple times, and every experience has been smooth and reassuring. What really says everything is how much she loves going there. She’s usually not the type of dog who warms up quickly to strangers, but she wags her tail for every single staff member at Richland. That level of trust means a lot to me. They even send her home with a little gift, which is such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much they care. 10/10—highly recommend!
