ReadiVet Dallas, Mobile Vet Services

Dr. Ben Clemmett has been keeping our dog healthy and happy for the past 6 years. We always look forward to having him and Shelby, Readivet’s fantastic vet tech, at our home for vet care. Our dog adores them both! They provide top of the line care, patiently answer our questions, and are consistent with their follow-ups. You can tell how much they love animals and educating pet owners. Dori always has our pet’s medications ready and the location makes refills so convenient. Thank you for only positive experiences with the vet!

How unprofessional to have a long term relationship with a pet patient to then ignore request for an appointment by phone and text for days only to be met with “ our first appointment is 6/8, let us know …” then send an e-mail saying oh, by the way we are now “blue sky” call here for an appointment or e-mail for records with no return call or professional follow up. Shame on those doctors for failing their patients and the practice.

What a great alternative to the smelly, loud and slow vet visit! My pup is a very shy girl so being able to keep her stress free was amazing. Dr Foster and her tech (didn’t catch her name, SORRY!) were very supportive and patient. 10/10 would recommend and will be using readivet moving forward! 🐾

My sweet cat doesn't do well in the car and I'm so glad to have found a mobile vet! Dr. Foster and Valentina were so knowledgeable and quick with the visit, it was a great experience. (Ps. I hope I'm leaving this for the correct location they work at!)

Pet Owners Beware: After three years as a loyal ReadyVet client, my dog was left in a cage for over five hours with no call, no update, and no explanation. When I asked why, they blamed me for following their own instructions and then terminated me as a client. The full story is shocking. I've trusted ReadyVet with my dog, Finn, for years, and always had great experiences with Dr. Ben. That trust ended after Finn's recent dental appointment. His procedure was scheduled for 8 a.m. I dropped him off on time and called around 1 p.m., only to learn his dental was just starting. Finn, who they know has anxiety, had been sitting in a cage for over five hours with no communication. They later claimed the delay was because I fed him, but I gave him a smaller-than-normal portion of food so he could take the trazodone they prescribed. No one ever said this would delay his care for hours. Looking back, it's clear the clinic was overbooked. They were running a 15% off dental promotion (see image attached) and had "fit me in" with another vet because my usual doctor, Dr. Ben, was fully booked for dentals until next month. I later learned they had four dentals that day. It's hard not to see the problem as a scheduling issue, not a medical one. When I raised my concerns, management accused me of being disrespectful and terminated me as a client. It was an incredibly disappointing end to what had been a positive relationship. Dr. Ben has always been wonderful and this situation had nothing to do with him. My issue is entirely with how the office is managed; poor communication, lack of transparency, and zero accountability. If you're considering ReadyVet, ask how many procedures they're booking that day and who will actually be doing them.
