I am beyond impressed with the care and customer service at PASE! From the moment I called, I knew my fur baby was in good hands. The young lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. I had a million and one questions because I was so worried about my fur baby, Zoey, and she answered every single one with empathy, understanding, and reassurance. She truly helped put my mind at ease before we even arrived.
Once we got there, the entire staff was just as amazing. Everyone was welcoming, caring, professional, and treated Zoey with so much love. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. I also appreciated that their pricing was fair and that they offer payment plan options, which can be such a relief during an unexpected emergency.
The best part? Just as the doctor said, within about 30 minutes of treatment, Zoey was already starting to feel better. Seeing our happy, playful, tail-wagging baby return meant everything to our family.
Thank you to everyone at PASE for taking such wonderful care of our precious Zoey. Your kindness, compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care will never be forgotten. We are beyond grateful. Y’ALL ROCK! 🫶🏾🐾❤️
I've contacted this practice six separate times trying to get a price quote for a procedure. The administrator, Michael, along with every receptionist I spoke with, told me I would first have to pay nearly $300 for a specialist consultation before they would provide any estimate.
This was despite the fact that I had already submitted three referrals for the procedure, paid for both sedated and non-sedated x-rays from two different veterinarians, and provided my dog's weight and medical records. Even with all of that information, they refused to give even a ballpark estimate without charging for an office visit first.
Requiring a consultation just to learn the cost of a recommended procedure is absolutely insane.
This is 100% a personal little vendetta the administrator Michael and his receptionists have created as a road block bc they can't handle a single thing doesn't go their way.
This is what you're dealing with at this location.

This place is amazing, from the front desk, to the techs, to the drs. EVERYONE was so kind, knowledgeable, & sympathetic to our situation. We brought in our precious Turi & were immediately greeted with kindness, compassion, & humans who knew exactly what we were going through. We will forever be grateful for the exceptional care shown to our girl throughout this process, the extra time at home that allowed us to show her so much love, & the updates/communication/making us actually feel heard! Losing a pet is never an ideal situation & the staff at PASE made this experience bearable. Thank you♡♡♡
PASE has been so incredible through this tough journey. My dog came in paralyzed and we had been to multiple other hospitals fighting for answers and were only met with incompassionate workers who did not want to take the time to figure out what was going on. We were told just to put her down, that they didn’t have time, it wasn’t important, it wasn’t an emergency, etc. As a last resort, we were referred to PASE, and it was a breath of fresh air. The doctors took time to listen, answer questions, and make a plan tailored towards my dog’s health. I specifically want to recognize Dr Kerns, Steph in Neurology, Dr Zager, and the lovely receptionist Madz for being so kind and helpful through everything. They have shown so much compassion to my family and my pup and we couldn’t be more grateful for this wonderful team. Even though my dog may not ever recover from her injury, I have full confidence the PASE team did everything they could to give Tulip the best chance possible to walk again. On behalf of myself and Tulip, thank you all so much!
Dont even waste ur time unless you want a run around on ur cats health because all they care about is collecting $. Got 2 tests done that the doctor swears it cancer which is insane to even state if BOTH TESTS FAILED to even tell me what it is. Theres 5 other vets that are more advanced. Go to them. Not this con artist vet.
