Dr. Bocksted and his staff assumed that my girlfriend and I abandoned our dog at the facility. We left for coffee after our pet went to the back, as we received no instruction that we had to stay. Instead of calling and inquiring about our whereabouts politely, we received a harsh and demanding call from Dr. Bocksted himself demanding that we return to the facility immediately. Apparently, his staff member said that it was the 'vibe' we gave off that indicated that we intended to abandon our pet (was it the fact that my girlfriend is a person of color?). Don't bother visiting this facility. The team is knowledgeable but have no social intelligence. A veterinarian is someone who you build a relationship with and must see often, so choose wisely.

It’s often hard to find veterinarians that will go above and beyond for your pet. Dr.Berger and his staff quite literally saved my dog’s life this week. My pup was suffering from pancreatitis and it was not looking too good for him. Although this has been his vet for the last 5 years this occasion was different than our usual visit. A generally healthy dog began to decline at a rapid pace and Dr.Berger not only helped him recover but also remembered to ask me how I was feeling or what was going through my head throughout the process. That kind of compassion cannot be faked. He also made sure to communicate and keep me updated in detail throughout the process. Thank you all for helping my Knox and although we have some time to continue healing he’s already off to a great start.

Petwell has been seeing my two cats for about 3 years, and Dr. Berger has always been so understanding, informative, and knowledgeable about everything going on with my babies! He doesn't just tell me what the issue is, but he actually runs down all the lists of options for treatments, gives clear recommendations, is very transparent about the financial side of things, and is very empathetic and caring. My cat has hyperthyroidism, and he was able to immediately give me the list of treatment options available, and offered an option that my other friends who had cats with the same issues weren't even aware of! Their vets didn't even know about the options. But Dr. Berger did. I feel so thankful that he's my vet and can see to it that my cats live long lives. The staff is also extremely helpful and professional. I always know my babies are getting the best care.

We went for urgent care for some stitches and were so so impressed with pet well. The team were so gentle, calm, and explained everything to us! Our dog gets nervous meeting new people but he was so comfortable around them! Cannot speak higher of this place - would recommend to anyone in a heart beat.

This was by far the worst veterinary experience we have ever had, and I would strongly advise against bringing your pet here. In one instance, a procedure and related charges were initiated before consulting with us or obtaining our consent, which was deeply concerning. When we later asked reasonable questions about what was done and why, the interaction escalated in a way that felt inappropriate and alarming for a medical setting. Instead of calmly explaining, the veterinarian became aggressive, combative, and resorted to personal attacks. Several services recommended felt unnecessary and excessive, and the overall cost was significantly higher than what we have paid at other veterinary clinics for comparable care. After reading other reviews for PetWell Veterinary Services, it is clear that our experience was not isolated. There is a recurring pattern of concerns around professionalism, communication, and billing, which the clinic reportedly dismisses by claiming the reviewers are “not recorded as patients.” If you care about your pet and expect consent before treatment, professionalism, and transparent pricing, I strongly recommend choosing a different clinic.
