PetVet Animal Hospital

Booked out 2 weeks for a non-emergency sick pet exam (First available/Any clinician. Note: 15 clinicians shown on staff). Is this the norm at PetVet? There should be more coverage than this.

I've been coming here for 7 years but everything about my last appointment was horrible! From the scheduling process, to the actual appointment, the estimates for services...the list could go on and on.. Just don't come here and save yourself the stress. Front staff is clueless, so are the new vets. I don't feel safe taking my pet here anymore. The Hospital manager Mari has not gotten back to me about the refund that I am due, she stated she would process it earlier but I haven't seen any refunds.

Dr. Stibbard and the PetVet team are so amazing! She truly listened to my concerns with no judgement and actually helped my cat, Zeus. Within just a few hours of getting medicine and recommended food from Dr. Stibbard, he started getting better! The emergency vet I went to at first did nothing for him and gave him nothing. So I will fur-ever keep coming back to PetVet and Dr. Stibbard. She genuinely cares about what she does and the animals she helps.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! I've been coming here for years with no issues. This last time I came to bring my dog for an allergy shot, they said they gave it to my dog but I KNOW they didn't. Last time I came, they said they had to take my dog out the room for a shot? I didn't question it but I probably should've. This time, they said they will give my dog the shot but she needs all these vaccinations next time. Why? I was in the room the entire time watching my dog, never looked away. All they did was feel up on my dog, no treatment. The doctor left, I figured she was grabbing the allergy shot, then another lady comes in and gives me the receipt. I asked her if my dog got her shot, she said yes. I questioned her and let her know I was watching the whole time and never once did my dog get a shot nor did the dr tell me anything. She said "you must've not noticed" and went outside and grabbed a random empty syringe. So I go to the front, I'm still getting charged for an allergy shot I KNOW my dog didn't receive and the clerk went back to ask the doctor for me. She came back and said "the dr said she gave your dog the shot she's just really good at her job, it's quick, you must've not noticed". THEY NEVER GAVE HER THE SHOT, and Howcome last time I came they "had to take her out the room" to give a shot and this time they apparently did it in the room without saying anything or me noticing WHEN I NEVER TOOK MY EYE OFF MY DOG! I know for a fact they didn't treat my dog. Something shady is going on with this business. I would NEVER bring my dog back here and I wouldn't trust them with your pet either!

Every since PetVet sold out to a mainland company, the Hours have changed, the cost has gone up, the vets are rotating and we never know who will be here next week when we might need an appointment. They started with 9/10 vet and now are at maybe 4/5. It's sad that they used to be amazing but not anymore.
