Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - North Hills

What a wonderful experience we had at Petfolk. Everyone there was so kind, thoughtful, and supportive which is exactly what we were looking for! Our anxious dog handled the visit a lot better than expected and the staff were great at going at her pace. So thankful to have found such great care for our sweet girl!

I’ve been bringing my vizsla mix here for over two years after a dog park incident that required urgent care— Ollie has been seen by both Dr Sawyer & Dr Morris several times and has always been given extra consideration for his needs and fantastic care! When we adopted a new pup earlier this week, with some health concerns, we knew we would be going to Petfolk! They are very reassuring, take everything seriously, and super transparent with pricing and different options! I have had a membership for two years and just got one for this pup, as it is totally worth it for peace of mind and ability to afford appointments regularly and in times of need! Highly recommend and I am very thankful for both Dr Sawyer and Dr Morris!

Definitely recommended. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We were able to get in right away with emergency services and they've taken such good care of our dog. They check in on hisnprogress and are extremely available and responsive to questions and concerns that pop up randomly. We're so happy with their services that we have switched our vet practice now for all our pets.

We typically visit the PetFolk in Wake Forest, but ended up at this location today and as expected the employees were absolutely phenomenal. We really love the staff at both of the locations that we have visited. The texts are very friendly and the veterinarians are phenomenal. We needed to have x-rays done on our dog and we weren't expecting to get the results until next Tuesday and we actually got them within about two hours of leaving the location! Really wonderful staff, we really love the PetFolk philosophy and especially the hours and the ease of getting in. Highly recommend as always!

Today was my first impression in this vet urgent care and I really loved it. Every single one of the staff members were so welcoming and friendly with my last minute walk in situation. I was there about 15 mins before closing really hoping they could see my Beagle and they did without hesitation. The doctor even explained that she may need to go to the ER based on my description of the condition and gave me the opportunity to choose to go directly to the ER or check her there before charging me for the visit. All the staff cared for my Beagle and made her feel at ease by talking to her. I will be switching the care for my pet here. Thanks so much for being so helpful and welcoming.
