Dr Raj is extremely nice and my dogs all love him. His staff is super nice too and I've been to this vet for about 3 or 4 years now I think. Very knowledgeable vet and one thing I love about this vet is the low wait times. I think the longest I've waited is maybe 15 to 20 minutes which is completely understandable in this industry. Love this vet and I'm so happy my friend recommended them to me. Prices are very fair, especially in comparison with other vets.

I've tried calling all day during operating hours and the call drops every time or it has a loud beeping noise before hanging up. I ended up going to another veterinarian clinic instead.

Frustrating as I had good experiences in the past. Requested to extend my dog's allergy medication for an extra week to his annual appointment scheduled as I could not come exactly on his 12 month mark for his annual visit and was refused. I was told it was illegal to do this and that my dog would go without his allergy medication if I couldn't bring him in earlier.

Dr. Kang and his staff are amazing. I have been coming to this facility for years and they have shown genuine interest in getting to know my cats medical issues and give options for treatment. The staff is friendly and compassionate. They have competitive pricing and don't try to upsell additional procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Kang and his staff for any pet!

This doctor used to be good. However, the past few visits has some huge red flags and I should have listened to my instincts and not taken my cat back here. Idk why, but this dr doesn't care anymore and is a danger to animals. I want to scream at him for what he did. My cat was having issues so I took him in for a checkup. The checkup is 100$. I realized too late that this guy didn't even take my cats temperature or look in his mouth which they are SUPPOSED TO DO. If he had bothered to do that and not been a lazy jerk my cat might still be alive. I will never forgive you. I hope people take what I'm saying seriously and find another vet. My cat apparently had ulcers in his mouth and a severe tooth infection which would have been caught if he LOOKED IN HIS MOUTH FOR TWO SECONDS. Before this the first red flag that I saw happened and I should have listened to my gut and found someone else. My other cat is blind and does not / cannot groom herself very well. She is also aggressive, so the only time I can get her butt area completely shaved without her being stressed is when she's under for her teeth cleanings. This office agreed and promised me that they would do it. I told them I would find another office if they were uncomfortable because my cat needs this for her health, and they PROMISED. Even when I dropped her off I asked again and they said they made a note and again promised. When I went to pick her up they didn't do it. This made me worried they didn't even clean her teeth because they didn't even give me an update. They did remove a mole I asked them to, but how am I supposed to trust that they cleaned her teeth? Also, her butt hadn't been cleaned either and I had to cause her enormous stress doing it because of her aggression to being brushed / shaved. It might not sound like a big deal, but it is. That was absolutely not okay, but I decided everyone has off days and to continue to go to this dr. Never again. Keep your animals safe and find someone else.
