I'm very grateful I found this place! My dogs needed one shot and his current vet has a policy of a two month window from the annual exam to get the shot we needed even though they were current in everything else. I would have paid a 400 for two dogs to get exams and shots for both. Being able to get the one shot each dog needed helped so much! It was quick and the staff were all super friendly, i drove over 25 miles to get ot done but it was well worth the visit to keep them current!

Your guys are fantastic! My only complaint is the heat. To enhance the experience, you could install a large tint with a powerful air conditioning system. Additionally, placing some carpet down would prevent the asphalt from getting too hot. An open bar would also be a great addition.

This is an excellent service for anyone who wants to keep their pet(s) vaccinations up to date without paying the exorbitant rates of a traditional vet. My ~65lb pup got all of his annual shots and a heartworm test during this visit. The staff are all friendly, helpful, informative, caring, and patient with the animals and their humans. Booking an appointment online makes the process faster and easier when you arrive. I was referred by my pup's groomer, and I also highly recommend PennyPaws for 5 star service!

I brought my dogs in for blood tests to get a trifexis prescription as required by their office. My dogs do better in separate rooms and we were denied separate rooms. One of my dogs is highly reactive and was examined in the lobby. Not ideal for dogs coming and going to have a reactive dog in the lobby. I was in a room with my other dog who is terrified of vets. We waited for 1/2 hour before the vet came in. The vet was very kind and friendly, but my dog was shivering behind my legs. All I wanted was to get the exam finished as rapidly as possible to get him out of there. The vet then proceeds to put a treat in his mouth, which I can only assume was to lure the dog out from behind my legs. Seriously?! Read the room! As a dog owner, it is stressful to see your pup trembling with fear. The vet clearly noticed that my dog was afraid and commented about it, so I don't understand the cutesy act with the treat in his mouth. I understand having to get this test before writing a prescription, but please be prompt on appointment times. You expect me to arrive on time and I did, so please have the courtesy to examine my dog promptly upon being assigned a room. Also, I had never run into the policy about not approving third party prescriptions electronically. This is unnecessarily inconvenient for the pet owner. My previous vets approved these, no problem, so why not this practice? Isn't the customer the first concern? I have to take a 40 minute round trip to get a piece of paper.
