Dr. Carter and his staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly caring. When my French Bulldog developed pyometra, Dr. Carter took the time to explain the condition in detail and even drew a diagram to help me understand what was happening. Communication was excellent from the initial inquiry through surgery, with regular text updates that gave me peace of mind. The cost was also about half of what another clinic had quoted me. I highly recommend Dr. Carter and his team for anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable veterinary surgery!

Best vet clinic we’ve been to!!! The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about both their patients and their owners. They took the time to teach us about our rabbit’s care, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt confident in giving her the best life possible. You can tell they truly love what they do. Their prices are very reasonable, their knowledge is exceptional, and the level of care they provide is unmatched. We never felt rushed, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure our rabbit received the best possible treatment. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. We’re so grateful to have found them and will absolutely be bringing all of our pets here in the future!

Staff is lovely! Referred by another Vet for Bilateral FHO surgical procedure for my Kitty. Dr. is compassionate, takes the time to get to know the issues, your pet and also get to know you too. You got plenty questions?? .. he'll answer all your questions! He genuinely really cares for your pet. Protip: Text the office!!! if you need services or to get a quote, text them first. They hardly answer phone bc they are extremely busy. They'll respond via text usually same day/ within hours.

A very compassionate team treated me and my dog (12 yrs old) so well. Dental problems and teeth removal went well. Not simple extractions. Very professional in explaining what was done and sent me home with meds. I would highly recommend this business.
